But the most I can tell you is to talk to his brother about why he is doing this to you and your boyfriend. Also talk to your boyfriend about it, tell him the truth about everything. It's hard in this type of situation, because guys usually tend to choose family over girls.

Hun, there's not much you can do.. The problem is he's your boyfriend's FAMILY.. so that's one strike against you. You most DEFINITELY should talk to you boyfriend.. be real honest... NO LIES... tell him nothing but the truth.. and if he won't believe you then one day he'll realize he made a mistake...
