Tan time?

How long does it usually take to tan? I`m have fairly pale skin and I do burn, but I tan also. If I stay out for about an hour, nothing happens, but if I stay out for much longer I get burned!?

When I turned ON my ipod mini, i didn't even need to hold the button down, i just pressed the button and words came on the screen. does that mean i didn't turn it off good enough?

weight issues

okay well im def not fat but i feel that i am. i am 15/f i weigh 108 and im 5'2'' . i was recently a vegeterian and my body got really weak from not having protein. i got sick and didnt eat for like 4 days and then i ate very little for the next week i lost wicked lot of weight and i was in love with my body i had a perfect stomach and no rolls or flub or anything people think im so skinny but i have issues with my stomach. now since i started eating alot again my metabolism sucks like i eat one effing thing and i feel like i gain 6753 pounds what can i do to make my metabolism faster pills anything like i excercise alot 24/7 all the time i live on fit tv and at the gym please pleaseeee help. <3

my nails keep breaking!

i work at an ice cream shop and im not allowed to wear nailpolish. my nails break easily and they start to peel off in layers. HELP. what can i do to keep them healthy and keep them from not breaking without nailpolish?

i have heard different things and i could use some good strong opinions (not flames, dont leave me bruised and battered) on bisexuality from a christian standpoint. i fear i may actually have to read the WHOLE Bible (LONG!) to form my own opinion to be honest. i just know alot of ppl interpret the Bible differently.

Alright so i just created a new screen name for AIM. Whenever i create a screen name my buddy icon always has a black background to it. And i dont want that.. my old screen name didn't have that when i got a buddy icon. But all my new ones do. Is there any way to get rid of it? I will rate all 5s!!!

Well ok i go to this YMCA Camp at Summer, & well its summer, so anyways, i met a boy named Devin, & i like him ... ALOT! well my friends Alex & Damien say me and Devin make a cute couple and Damien told Alex that he though Devin liked me. & alex told me Damien said that. && Kolton, (Devins Best friend) said "Hey! Devin want's you!! he likes you & stuff" but then Devin makes a face & goes "Ewww. Gross, Sicko!" So i really don't know what to think. Should i give up on love? because thats what i feal like doing right about now, High ratings for just trying. Please. this situation is bugging me, bad! =]

what are some effective ways to lose weight in a short amount of time? what are some fairly easy ways to lose weight? i'm really excited about my family's summer vacation, and i'd really love to get fit, and just drop a couple pounds.

Best Friends Boyfriend

My Best friend has had problems with an eating disorder and with cutting for some time now. She is in therapy and recieving treatment for both, however she still sometimes relapses and doesn't eat or cuts. Her boyfriend seems to think it is apropiate to say things to her when she doesnt eat like "If you don't eat tommorrow then I'm not going to either" Or if she ends up cutting he cuts himself. I think that he is making her feel worse when all she really needs is support... What should I do...Opinions? Advice?

well to start things off i really liked the girl the first time we started going out and we went out for three months and then broke up...she broke up with me because she said that i was to nice and just a great friend and i was not thrilled by this but i lived with it and became her best friend she has ever had but now that i have done that i really want to get back together with her cause she is such a great girl .... this pass weekend i hung out with her everyday and then on sunday i was taking her home and i told her that this weekend has been great and i really enjoyed spending time with her and then i asked if she wanted to give us another shot and she said she dont no...Now i love this girl to death and would do anything for her what...

A little more than 25 years ago, I met a guy who became a friend. About three years after we met, he took my car out one night, got drunk and smashed it up. I had to pay to tow the car away, junk it, and for tickets. Cost me over $1,000 at the time. He never offered to pay me for the damages to my car.
He was doing bad financially at that time and I figured that later on, when he was doing well, over time he would find some way to compensate me because we were still "friends."
Fast forward 25 years. This "friend" is single and doing well, owns house, car, good job, etc. Last year I borrowed $300 from him to buy emergency plane tickets, and told him I'd pay him back when I could. Abo...
