beachpeach answered Monday June 19 2006, 7:20 pm: The quickest and healthiest way to tan is by using a self tanner. Some tan you gradually (Jergens Natural Glow, Neutrogena Build a tan, etc) and other will tan you instantly. Just make sure to exfoiliate before applying self tanner to help avoid rough patches and blotchy spots. kristen22 answered Monday June 19 2006, 6:58 pm: You could go to a tanning bed in about a week and a half you'll have a really awesome base tan. You could buy Jergens natural glow or some other type og lotion that has a gentle self tanner in it. The products that promise you'll look tan that are spray or rub on always just make you look either orange or streaky. If you decide to lay out in the sun, use some sort of accelerator to help you get darker faster. good luck. [ kristen22's advice column | Ask kristen22 A Question ]
tRuEe_lOve answered Monday June 19 2006, 6:27 pm: well, you can buy jergens natural glow, its bassicaly like a self taner & works great, or you can lie down at the beach.. or a taning bed, but DONT get a spray on tan, because they make you look orange.
