tell me what would usually work for you, or just what you think would work.
thank you!
also, get oiutside. exercise. do crunches, walk around the block a few times a day, better off, run around the block more than a few times a day. walk to the park with a friend. get a bunch of friends together to play a soccer game or something at a local school.

So, with diet. Have you seen those shows where they make people empty out their refigerators and fill it with veggies? Well that's not nessesary. It's mostly about portion control, mainly, when snacking. If you have three healthy meals a day, that have a variety of foods, and use portion control on the junk food and snaks, you'll be fine! (But DO NOT obsess over this. The way you eat one day will not change how you look, it's over time)
I think the fastest exercises that I know are running and pilaties. With running, just do it at your own pace and work up your endurance. (an ipod makes it more fun!) Pilaties is a video workout that focuses on abs, hips, and thys. It's a great workout and I always feel great after it, instead of worn out. Try the tape, Pilaties For Dummies..I have that one. You should also go and do weights at your local gym. When you gain muscle, you may gain weight on the scale, but it's replacing the extra fat! Just mix it up and don't do the same thing every day. and TAKE DAYS OFF, don't obsess!
