okay well im def not fat but i feel that i am. i am 15/f i weigh 108 and im 5'2'' . i was recently a vegeterian and my body got really weak from not having protein. i got sick and didnt eat for like 4 days and then i ate very little for the next week i lost wicked lot of weight and i was in love with my body i had a perfect stomach and no rolls or flub or anything people think im so skinny but i have issues with my stomach. now since i started eating alot again my metabolism sucks like i eat one effing thing and i feel like i gain 6753 pounds what can i do to make my metabolism faster pills anything like i excercise alot 24/7 all the time i live on fit tv and at the gym please pleaseeee help. <3

crunches actually do help me alot. i do about 50 a day to stay in great shape. do more if you can. but i personally thing being 108 at 5'2" is awesome! i'm 5'2" and weigh at least 120 but i dont look at all overweight. ok i could be a little more toned to be honest, but i still dont consider myself overweight. honestly i'm fuckin jealous of you!

Drinking Green Tea with your breakfast each morning gives your metabolism a boost. Also, be sure that you are not skipping any meals. Your body will think there is less food, and anything you eat will be put away as fat. also, run about 2 miles everyday if you can. Crunches do not help with the fat on the stomach, they only build the muscle under it. to burn fat you need to do cardio like swimming, running, that kind of thing. hope i helped! <3

alright well you sound skinny, for your height 108 is fineee, you really shouldnt go overboard because in the long run it can end up in death, i think you might have an eatting disorder.. you should prolly talk to your mom on how your feeling, & you should keep a normal diet, & exercise..

Well to start things off dont do anything stupied cause you dont want to hurt your body many of my friends have stopped eating and belimic but thats not the right thing to do they had to get medical help...my opinion is that dont worry about your body that much alittle flub is not going to hurt and not many ppl will look at you different and just run but dont hurt the body if you get weak stop its not worth it you only live once and its really not worth it to hurt yourself just dont worry that much about it i am sure you look fine...good luck
