I'm 15/f 110 pounds and 5'3". I ride my bike 1-2 miles 3-5 days a week (to work) and sometimes 10 miles or less on Saturdays. I do sit-ups sometimes before I go to bed. But still I feel kinda fat. What's a simple way to lose a few pounds? Like an example of daily meals to eat and excercises to do?

ok so theres this guy that i really like. i mean i really LIKE him. but im afraid to talk to him. with all my toehr crushes i was perfectly fine liek i would be myself. liek if i was hyper i would go crazy right in front of htem. but with him.. im just very i have to make sure that im perfect. and that makes me so nervous. does this mean that like i love him?? orr?? well nto love him but i mean that i like him more than the others?? i dont know.. and how can i make myself talk to him??? so yeah theres two questions..lol

hey my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and my mom says that I can't go to a boys house or have a boy over my house even when she's home she says iam way to young for that,but she let my sisters have boyfriends over and have them over when they were only 15.I think the reason could be becouse I have attention deffesince disorder(add).do you think that could be the reason and how do I convince her that iam responsible enough to go to boys houses and have them over mine.Iam in special ed to could that be another reason?

Stretching!

All of my clothes I buy stretch so easily. It's because they're all made of like thin fabric. It's not like I need a bigger size it's just that if I'm wearing it for a long time my shirts seem to get baggy and stretch out. Is there a certain detergent(?) I can use to help them go back to there normal tight fitting size? I'll try anything. Thanks!

I have to cousins and their parents are seperated. Both of their parents are alcoholics. They live with their mother, who treats them unkindly. One of my cousins, Rachel, she's always upset and crying because of my aunt. My other cousin, Matt, he will argue with my aunt unlike rachel but he ends up angry and upset also. They refuse to admit that my aunt has a problem. Rachel and Matt do EVERYTHING! Hey im 12 years old going on 13 in december and i have 300.00 i am tryin to get 500.00 and i cant think of a way my parents wont let me babysit i cant mow lawns cause its going into fall and winter pretty soon and our lawn mower is not workin good i also cant have a yard sale because we dont have the tables to sit the stuff on and i cant think of anything can anyone give me suggestions

Today is me and my girls 2 month aniversary, and she's grounded so i cant call her or visit her, but she snuck a call to me yesterday, i told her she would get a suprse today, i was goiing to get a white rose sent to her house with a teddy bear and a card, but the probleam is now my dad's bei a hard ass about it and sayin we'll have to do it tommrow plus all of the floral shops in my area are closed today. Im not sure ifi'll be able to reach her today and im worried she'll be disappointed.

my mom reads all my stuff. including instant messages. and like, i can't make her go so i can talk privatley. but, today i come home from a trip and she's going to make me talk to these people online and
#1: i don't want to tell them what she wants me to tell them
#2: i don't want her to see the convo because i'm afraid the other person is going to talk about stuff

So I take a shower everyday. haha. I thought I would start with that. But every day *like 12 hours after I shave-- less than 1 day* my legs are prickely *is that even a word?!* again. I hate it. Because I usually shower @ like 5ish, after camp and going to my towns pool.
I dont use shave gel or anything... just soap. Does using gel or those kind of products help get a longer feel?
And I know that hair grows faster when you shave more, but I have been shaving for a couple of years. *since i was like 12ish* I never had this problem before in the summer *I only shave my legs in the summer.*
So is there anything I can do?

ok. there is this guy that i have liek a HUGE crush on. lets just say his name is Bob. my best friend met him at this summer camp for music and they became friends. there like brother and sister kid of friends. but whenever i talk about bob or like i see him or if she sees me stare into a blank space (she knows what im thinking about) like she will burst out laughing. since they are like brother and sister kind of friend people she just cant seem to think anyone would like him. but i t gets really annoying because i mean she wont be there for me. she wont help me get to know him better and all she does is laugh. i have told her this that its annoying but she wont stop. what else can i do?
