Hello people =]. I am 5'3'' (63 inches) and I weigh 139 pounds.. I want to loose a lot of weight and fast. ( www.myspace.com/meg_92 ) I was wondering... does anyone know any diet plans.. exersizes.. that can make me loose weight, get ride of "love handles" that my mom keeps bugging me about?.. please help!
ps. i do exersize, i am a cheerleader so i run almost daily and do a lot of jumping around..

Well, to make a long story short..
There's this boy I've been crushing on for about a month now. well the school year is about to start up and so that also means that sports are too! i'm gonna be a sophmore and i play volleyball and i'm really excited and nervous about tryouts. is there any kind of things i can do before try outs to kind of calm myself down and give myself reassurance talks that i know i can do it and stuff. because i'm so scared that i'm almost set on that i'll be on a lower team than my friends. i think i really need a selfconfidence boost but i'm scared of having one and then not making the team. ok so i have a passion for dancing. i loveee it. i love to be on stage. i love to perform. i've done sports all of my life and i'm about to be a senior and i've never taken a jazz/ballet class. i regret it a lot. i know if i had started dance earlier i could have gone so much further than where i went with sports. i feel so sad ..... like i wasted talent and spent time on things that took me no where.
i started taking hiphop classes....bc that requires no previous dance knowledge....just a little rythym........and a week later they made me a teacher at the studio.

Computer Desk :/

alright... soo. A couple of months ago my mom`s boyfriend let me put my mom's $400+ computer desk in my room. I always ruin things and i told him i wasn't sure if my mom would really want me to put it in there. So he was like just put it in your room. My mom said i could use but not long.. Everything was going fine except like a month ago i had the door on the side of the computer desk like a foot open to let the deck of the computer breath and then i went to get up real quick and bumped my knee in it.. i didnt notice till later when it was broken!!! ahh just the top part where it holds the door is broken it cracked right at the part where nails go in and i seriously cried. i dont think i can repair it myself. but the worse part is ive been...

you know how in highschool how you form "groups" that you hangout with party with do things with...... see it's always been so hard for me to find the right one. i'm very preppy but at the same time wild.

OK, So I've read a article about not douching. It says that it takes longer for women to get pregnant and even when they do they have a higher chance of having a etopic pregnancy. Also it stated that you can get bacterial vaginosis (Kind of like a yeast infection) easier. This sucks after reading it because I ahve always douched. I don't ever FEEL clean until I do. Which is once a week or week and a 1/2. Can I empty the contents of the bottle and just use water? Is that any less harmful or about the same?

me and my friend fight all the time. and it is usally over very stupid things. and i am the one who always trys to make things up between us. and i have known him since i was in second grade. and now we are in a fight yet again. he got mad because i told him that i didnt think he cared about me and he was like blah blah blah dont talk to me and he blocked me. and i havent talked to him since then. And he deleted me as a friend on myspace. which isnt shocking. So my question is that should i try and fix things? or should i just not try and see if he trys and if he doesnt just give up on this friendship.
