ps. i do exersize, i am a cheerleader so i run almost daily and do a lot of jumping around..
Infact i've just looked at your photo and you are not fat at all, you dont even need to lose weight, becoming too slim and losing all that weight fast, and especially when you dont need to is going to make you very ill! i know, as i'm still struggling will long term illness and horrible sideaffects from losing loads of weight 5 years ago when i didnt need to lose weight. anyway, it doesn't look like you have totally outta controll love handles... more like hips? but anyway, side crunches, crunches, and some extra running could help. don't drink pop (or cut back a little) and cut back on food (a little tho, not a lot. like 10%) <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
BurnieMac answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 1:22 pm: Well, basically, you have to eat good and exercise. Running is good. To get rid of the love handles do some side crunches, but that only goes so far. Eat more small meals that are low fat and have some protein in them. Eating small meals throughout the day will boost your metabolism, so will protein. Other than that, it just takes time. Good luck. [ BurnieMac's advice column | Ask BurnieMac A Question ]
