i didnt know what to put this under.
i have been using neutrogena oil free acne wash. and it seemed to be working but today i am breaking out.im not sure if its just the heat (its soo hot) or from the acne wash.. if my skin didnt react well to it? what do u think?
yes the heat has something to do with it (because you sweat) and i don't wash my face as often as i do in the fall or winter because i am always swimming and don't shower every day (more like 4-5 times a week)

My dermatologist told me that your face is going to get worse before it can get better. So maybe this is a sign your skin is clearing up.
Another thing is that, your body gets used to products after awhile. For example: I used to take Advil for everything my body grown used to them and it's no longer affected for me. This may also be the case for you.
livelaughlove96 answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 10:47 am: if you been using the face wash for a while and havent been breaking out then all of a sudden you are then chances are its probably something else. but if your break out isnt going away i would try another product. so that you you dont break out again try a little test spot on yous face (apply a little but of the product in a hidden spot so that if you do break out its not all over your face) but if the brak out is because of the heat its probably because your pores are cloged. so wash your face to make sure there's no oil on it. and you dont have to use a product just cold or hot water. splash it on your face and pat dry (rubbing your face with a towel in the long run will cause wrinkles) good luck!!! So it's either one. It cant be the acne wash because if it was doing ok until today, shouldnt it be ok all the time?
