i need healthy snacks that dont involve the oven my pearents are on a diet and i love to cook but its hard to cook what i want cuz they cant eat it i love snacks and they do to some can include the oven but not many pls and pls answer i need lots of help=]

is it true that when you exercise and stay active during your period it helps reduce cramps? and is it also true that tampons are more comfortable than pads. one more thing, how often do you change a tampon? thanks for answering.

losing weight

i wanna lose 20 pounds. im 14 and 5'3" and i weigh 135 pounds. i play sports so a lot of my weight is muscle. i need advice on what to eat and how often to exercise and stuff. please don't tell me to take pills because my step-mom hates it when i tell her i want to lose weight but i just feel that im a little overweight.

i've been friends with this for like 3 years and we've always been close because we saw each other pretty much every day. now we're both in different classes and we never see each other i just feel like i wanna cry because i just miss her and all that we've been through together and i really just don't wanna lose her as my best friend. has anyone else been in this situation? if you have can you tell me about it. and how can i get my friend back. thank you soo much.

Exercizing to much.

Lately, all i think about is excersizing. Even after i have just exercized all i want to do is start excersizing again. and whenever i eat something i always feel guilty. im not anorexic because i eat normal but it just i want to get in shape so bad i think its hurting me. is there something wrong with me???

I usually ever get headaches. Actually i havent head one in years.
But i have had one the last two days. I have taken advil and excedrine migrane (sp?) but nothing will get rid of this headache. Im pretty sure its not a migrane because ive had one before and it doesnt hurt likeone. Should i make an appointment with my doctor. Or wait it out?
Im gettting kind of worried as what is causing this.

i downloaded like 30 new songs and added them to my itunes library and the songs are there then i plug my ipod into the computer and it says do not disconnect like always then it stops i dont know what is wrong somebody PLEASE HELP.

Remedies for stiff neck and shoulders?

I often have a stiff neck and shoulders, or if not stiff, at least they're tense. It annoys me, to say the least, and sometimes I can't resist the temptation to crack my neck (which is a Bad Habit, I know). Besides seeing a chiropractor (which I do, but not too frequently, unfortunately), are there any exercises (such as stretches) or remedies that can alleviate the tenseness?
