our friend is going out with someone else...but i kinda like

well last summer my cousin liked this one guy. and she hungout with him alot and wanted me to meet him so i did and we then all hungout last summer. my cousin and him kinda had a thing but never went out or actually did anything. and then this kid that my cousin likes(jeremy) went out with one of our old friends megan. but my cousin told me that jeremy thought i was so hot and everything. everyone liked jeremy and thats why i didnt really want to start liking him! and he told my cousin he would pick me over any other girl if i liked him back. but my cousin told me this just a couple weeks ago. i never really thought of him that way because my cousin liked him and i would feel bad to even like him a little bit. so then we just all hungout and he moved with his dad about 10 minutes away from us and all he does is hangout with his girlfriend megan over there. Now this summer we didnt really get to see jeremy that much and him and megan are back together. jeremy broke up with megan last summer for my cousin but then they went out again. well today me my cousin and our other friend casey went to jeremys moms (he goes there sometimes) and thats by our houses! and so we were over there for a little bit to hangout and say hi and stuff. but he was working for his mom in the garage and we walk up and he has his shirt off :D well jeremey still was flirting with all of us! and i dont know for some reason ive always had a LITTLE tiny tiny thing for jeremy just never told anyone because i know how much my cousin liked him and megan too. and when i saw him today i just wanted to like go up to him and makeout. like when we were all in his room signing his wall or whatever i just wanted to like hug him or whatever! it was the weirdest thing. and when he was flirting with my cousin and casey i would get kinda jealous and i dont know why! and my cousin was getting really mad when casey was flirting with him. so i feel bad when i do. i really dont see a point in liking him since i dont think him and megan will be breaking up but we dont get to see him that much and now all i think about is wanting to hang out with him! but i dont think he will be at his moms until like 2 weekends and we will be in school by then and it just wont work out! ahhh. i dont know what to do? i just want to like kiss him for some reason. is this because i missed him or havent seen him in about a year!? what should i do...
by the way my cousin and i dont really like megan that much anymore or dont talk to her if that is any help?

So, let me get this straight:
you think you like this Jeremy Fellow..but he is taken by a girl named Megan, but you and your cousin both don't like Megan, and Jeremy flirts with everyone all the time?
Well Jeremy seems like the flirtatious boy that everyone likes. You seem to have a physical attraction to him, and possibly more?
I would'nt get in between his relationship with Megan..even though you dont like her, let her have her boyfriend. Maybe one day they will break up and something might happen with you and him.
He seems like he is kinda a player too..if hes always flirting with people. Would you want to have a boyfriend whos always flirting with everyone?
I would talk to my cousin to see what she thinks, dont get in between Megan and Jeremys relationship..and just kind of admire him from afar. Maybe you wont like his personality after a while.
