Well exercizing in general is good.
But yes, it's good for your period.
You change a tampon every 4-8 hours.
&Personally, I prefer tampons.

yea excersizing makes your cramps better by alot like now i dont get them anymore because i play field hockey every day after school

i think tampons are more comfortable because you shouldnt even be able to feel them

change it ever 4-8 hours (the people below said 3-4, but the tampon box says 4-8)

Yes it reduces the pain.

It depends on the person. Some people like tampons and some don't like the feel of it. But apparently it is more comfortable.

You should change a tampon every 3-4 hours.

Well, when you excercise not only when you have period but generally the pain is not that strong...And exercising during your period also helps...I have used tampons and pads and believe me tampons are better. You should put an other one in the next 3-4 hours..I change it every three hours for sure...But during the night that's ok changing it only once...Or at all, i have done it...The are tampons for girls who have not had sex...Hope i helped..
