is it true that when you exercise and stay active during your period it helps reduce cramps? and is it also true that tampons are more comfortable than pads. one more thing, how often do you change a tampon? thanks for answering.

i think tampons are more comfortable because you shouldnt even be able to feel them
here4you,emily answered Sunday August 27 2006, 5:26 am: Well, when you excercise not only when you have period but generally the pain is not that strong...And exercising during your period also helps...I have used tampons and pads and believe me tampons are better.You should put an other one in the next 3-4 hours..I change it every three hours for sure...But during the night that's ok changing it only once...Or at all, i have done it...The are tampons for girls who have not had sex...Hope i helped..
