Managing my work

I live in Britain and in September I started year 10 at school, which means I also started my GCSES (General Certificate of Secondary Education - exams/courses that you work on for two years). Obviously this means that I have been getting a lot more work than I'm used to and I'm having trouble keeping up with it all. Has anyone got any tips on how to manage homework and coursework without completely cutting out my free time?

How do you feel better when you are crying? I'm kinda going through a really rough time and I'm having some sleeping problems. If it helps, the rough thing I'm going through is a break-up. We were together for about 3 years and he just ended it. So can anyone give me some tips on how to stop crying and feel better?

I started High School about a month ago. and I've pretty much hated everything about it so far.
Except for this one boy. I really like him, but I never showed it. and he asked me out one day, and I said yes and I was very happy. But he broke up with me 10 HOURS LATER! with no explanation. and it hurt me because I really like him.
we hung out the next day and everything was cool between us.
but all of a sudden, he began to avoid me and RUN AWAY. as though I annoy him or something. and I rarely talk to him/wanna talk to him.
so what can I do to let him know that I don't like him and I am completely over him? because what he's doing it so immature and stupid.

Weight Loss Tips

I'm 13/f, almost 14. I'm 5'10ish and 170 lbs.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by December 31st 2006. My eating habits consist of 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast, usually a turkey sandwhich with 1 pint of chocolate milk & a fruit, and for dinner - i have about 2, 3 meals for dinner. I know I'm eating a lot, but I have four questions..
1) Is there any way for me to get my mind off of food so I won't crave it so much?
2) Excersize. How long should I run on the tredmill for/how many mph? I also play a lot of sports though. And also, if I'm not accesible to a tredmill one day what other exercise should I do?
3) What would you say is the rate I should be losing weight? (e.g. 2 pounds a week? 3 pounds a week? -- rememb...

Has anyone else besides me noticed that the age of kids starting to have sex is dropping more and more. I mean the other day my friend told me she knew an 11 year old that had sex. I was like whoah thats messed up i'm 15 and i'm still a virgin and proud of it.lol. I mean serisouly what kind of a message is this sending to other countries?

Do you think Americas youth is way too sex oriented? yes or no?

my bf & i broke up b.c we had a fight. and "sum otehr reason that i didnt want to give in to" if u knw wat i mean. anyway i thought he was gonna regret wat had happened and he is? how can i get him back wit how respecting me. I'm always negative. I can not accept myself the way I am. I'm a 116-117lb girl who thinks they're fat. I think I'm ugly. No matter how many compliments I get, I always disagree. I worry about everything. I always think my boyfriend/mother is going to die in a car accident. I seriously can not control these thoughts. I REALLY want to not think this anymore. Is this a mental problem? I don't know what I should do; I can't really see a counsler, because I'd have a hard time explaining to my mother.
What can I do?

I feel quite stupid for resulting to a website to sort out my religious beliefs, but here it goes.
I don't know what to believe anymore. I went to church for quite sometime, but I never understood anything they were talking about and I just felt so left out, confused, and stupid everytime I asked a question about the lesson. I eventually begged my mom to stop making me go because I just felt so uncomfortable at church.
If God comes to Earth, is he going to come as some random person, and just take all those who believe in him? How do I know if I truly believe?
If God controlled everything, why would he let people get sick, raped, or killed in the first place? Why do we have to...
