well i weigh 130lbs and im 5'4. im a 13/f, I know this is fat but i was wondering if you know anyways i can lose weight. thanksss a bunch i want to look nice for when i have my pool party at the end of the school year for grad.
1)THe foods you eat are more important then how much you work out!Don't eat eny thing that is not FAT FREE!Like fruits and vegtibles don't eat junk food!Giveing up junk food might be hard but it might be the one of the bast things you can do when you are dieting!
2)Mike and water can help you lose weight, thee not like deiting pills but they can help, so instead of drinking soda witch is a vary bad thing to drink when you are trying lose weight (It almost maks it so that you can't lose weight)Drink a glass of milk and water:)
3)Loseing weight will not be easy, it will be harder then you can even imagin, don't forget that.
4)Never eat enything after 7-oclock, if you wack up at night with craving just go back to bed, every thing you eat at night goes strait to you legs and your butt thats called binging!
5)Working out is important to, you won't lose eny thing if you only work out for 20 minits day, you need to do at least an hour!I run on my tredmeal for at the least an HOUR EVER DAY, or sometimes more.If you don't have a tredmeal you can always go runing out side it mght be cold but you wanna look good dont you?
6)ALWAYS make sure you work out for A HOUR OR MORE, and never never never eat enythin that is not FAT FREE!
7)Keep reminders around like for example my desk top back ground right now is a pitchure of myself (that i drew lol)but i am vary skinny in a bikini, every time i get hungry or a craving for something like ice cream witch is vary bad i just look at my back ground and i think that if i ever wanna look like that then i have to agnor my craveings.You keep a pic or a skinny girl in you frige that works well to or eny were you think you might see here.
8)Don't give up, always stay comfident every day when you wake up look at your self in the miror and say i am pritty and i am going to lose weight today!I know that sonds stupid but it wuill help.

tammyb answered Monday October 23 2006, 8:56 pm: Oh my, you are not fat at all. Id say your biggest goal right now is to just get healthy. Eat lots of healthy foods. for example, instead of chips at night, have a fruit smoothie..you can do this my adding som ice, orange juice, strawberries, bananas, rasperries, etc (whatever kind of fruit you like) into a blender, add yogurt and any other things you like. blend until thick. Enjoy:) Also, insetad of white breads, try whole wheats. Just cutting out junk food alone will help alot as well. By starting to work out, even just going for walks, joing a team, etc you will feel and look healthier.

your BMI is 22.312 & the range for 13 year olds is 15.3-22.6
but anyways.
eat healthy & excersising is the most effective & healthiest way to loose weight. stick to fruits & veggies & eat protein with every meal (nuts or lean meat). excersise atleast 30 minutes everyday. Also drink alot of water, that is one of the best ways to help you lose weight.
