My parents and I moved here from Russia. It was hard for us at first. My dad worked and my mom was in school, training to be a nurse for 7 YEARS(she couldn't speak english).
Now she has a job. She's a nurse and gets paid WELL. We're living pretty good. But I barely see my parents, and that is a problem.
Ever since my mom began working, she became OBSESSED with it. She's cancelled so many plans with me and broke so many promises because she would much rather work.
I'm only 14 years old/female, and I never really had a great relationship with my parents. They've always been TOO BUSY. I missed out on so much as a kid. and I am turning 15 next month. and I feel as though my mom would rather make extra money than spend AT LEAST one day with me.
I am bulimic and I have bad mood swings and I am so so so sad, and I am losing many of my friends. I want to be able to at least talk to my mom of all people. It's just so hard. :[
what should I do or say?

All you should do is tell you mom how your feeling, i am sure she will understand.I had the same problem with my dad he was never around and i started to miss him (when i was little).I told him how i felt and we stet a side a time only for us every saturday morning we would go out for breakfast.I didn't see him much of the week after that but it didn't matter eny more beacuse we had out speacail saturday, i hope i was of some help to you.

being with a girl is different in alot was almost the same as being with a boy, when you are a bf you care about him and you have fun with him.This should be the same if you care about her and have fun being with her and know that she feels the same way about you then you don't have to worry about all the other stuff, the most important thing is that you bolth care about eachother, or mabey even really love eachother, i hope things work out hun!

ok so last night...things were fine...better than fine, AMAZING! we were normal like usual...having fun, cuddling, kissin you know the whole bf gf thing. well the problem was i thought my mom wanted us to break up because of certain reasons so i told him today but i was crying and said how i didn't want it to happen. well he didn't wait for me outside my class afterwords but at the end of the day he came to my last period class and we talked some things out and he said that worst comes to worst we can just be really good friends. i'm sitting here crying my eyes out outside the door but he's just standing there with a little smile wiping my tears away. but i'm trying my best to make things work but he just kinda seems to be going with the flow, not having any real emotions [[or at least that i can see]]. does he truly want to end it and should i quit fighting? or is he just being a guy about this?? =(

Ok, if you really love him don't let eny one tell you that can't see him eny more.If you let people to tell you that you can;t love some one eny more, then who knowes that person might be ruining you futchure (or saveing it no one knows).But if you love him you can't give up on him now and you have to fight for him.He is problet just holding back his emotions, alot of guys do that, they don't think its ok to cry when things go wrong like some girls (and some guys).Sence i don't know him i can't tell you exactly thats what he is doing but as a guess thats what i would say.I hope every think works out for you hun *hugs*

okayyy. well this is getting pretty complicatedd. I'm 15/f freshman. so theres these 3 guys. im not sure which one i like or which one i actually should like because theres a flaw with each one.
1- freshman- he is new to our school but in two months he is moving back to texas and we live in pennsylvania. we both like eachother but for those two months he is getting home schooled. i have no idea why but that means that i will never see him and if i do it wont be alot and only for a month or so but he is the cutest kid ever and i really like him. he is so nice and cute and aahhhh. but hes moving.
2- sophmore- me and him had a thing in the summer which ended as nothing more then many hook ups. he claims that he likes me a lot and all this crap but i dont know if i want to believe that or if he just wants to hook up again. i like him also but im worried that is all he wants. i like being around him becuase we always have fun and i can be myself around him most of the time. and we kid around is that cute little flirty way and i love it.
3- senoir- we're crazy about eachother but he's 18 and we've already talked and we realized that we probably couldn't go out. i would want to be with him more then anyone of them but thats the problem. he's in a band and he's perfect. nice, amazingly funny, sings to me, always makes me laugh, calls me all the time just to talk, and knows just about everything about me.
--when ever the sophmore calls me the senoir gets really jealous but i think its cute but they really hate when i talk to either of them. the freshman doesn't mind much. we aren't as close as the other two though.

I'm 14. My girlfriend is 16. We both love each other very much.
Recently, after a night of passion (basically lots of making out and holding one another), she offered to take me to third base. I am simply not sure I'm ready for this, for a couple reasons...
The major one is it's simply incredibly daunting. I've never made it that far with any girl, and this is the kind of thing I've heard about in health class. I feel a little young and unprepared... I just get rather nervous when I consider it.
The other is simply the original idea I had when I first heard of it. I remember back years ago, when I first heard of the whole idea, I remember thinking "Wow, that sounds really disgusting for her. I would never make ANY girl do that for me". She says it doesn't bother me, but I don't know...
What you have to understand is that it's not her, it's me. I love and trust her indefinitely, it's issues I just have with myself. I think I also feel a little insecure about my body... I'm also afraid, however, that if I continuously pass something like this up, I'll just never be ready no matter how old I get.
Please don't answer this from a religious standpoint, and don't just say "talk to her" because I'm already doing that. She'd like an answer by Saturday.

here are some tips hun, hope you like them:)
1)THe foods you eat are more important then how much you work out!Don't eat eny thing that is not FAT FREE!Like fruits and vegtibles don't eat junk food!Giveing up junk food might be hard but it might be the one of the bast things you can do when you are dieting!
2)Mike and water can help you lose weight, thee not like deiting pills but they can help, so instead of drinking soda witch is a vary bad thing to drink when you are trying lose weight (It almost maks it so that you can't lose weight)Drink a glass of milk and water:)
3)Loseing weight will not be easy, it will be harder then you can even imagin, don't forget that.
4)Never eat enything after 7-oclock, if you wack up at night with craving just go back to bed, every thing you eat at night goes strait to you legs and your butt thats called binging!
5)Working out is important to, you won't lose eny thing if you only work out for 20 minits day, you need to do at least an hour!I run on my tredmeal for at the least an HOUR EVER DAY, or sometimes more.If you don't have a tredmeal you can always go runing out side it mght be cold but you wanna look good dont you?
6)ALWAYS make sure you work out for A HOUR OR MORE, and never never never eat enythin that is not FAT FREE!
7)Keep reminders around like for example my desk top back ground right now is a pitchure of myself (that i drew lol)but i am vary skinny in a bikini, every time i get hungry or a craving for something like ice cream witch is vary bad i just look at my back ground and i think that if i ever wanna look like that then i have to agnor my craveings.You keep a pic or a skinny girl in you frige that works well to or eny were you think you might see here.

okay so, i just got back from vacation almost 3 week tomorrow. So when i got back i weighed myself. 125.5. During my presence back at home i've been eating less just a fruit for breakfast but then i've eaten alot of lunch and dinner. a little bit less then normal. Last night i weighed myself i weighed 119.5, i've lost about 6 pounds in 3 weeks, non-diet. is that normal? also there are little bumps around my armpits area like pimples sort. please tell me whats happening. i've also been having diahhrea. OK, well, I really want to start losing weight, again. Now, when I did it before, I tried pills, fad diets & aerobics. The only thing that really takes the weight off of me are the strength training exersizes. You know, like the machines they have at curves. Not just aerobics alone. So, my problem is... I really can't afford to join a gym right now. So, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could use at home to tone my muscles while I lose the weight? Thanks. (link)

I'm 13/f, almost 14. I'm 5'10ish and 170 lbs.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by December 31st 2006. My eating habits consist of 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast, usually a turkey sandwhich with 1 pint of chocolate milk & a fruit, and for dinner - i have about 2, 3 meals for dinner. I know I'm eating a lot, but I have four questions..
1) Is there any way for me to get my mind off of food so I won't crave it so much?
2) Excersize. How long should I run on the tredmill for/how many mph? I also play a lot of sports though. And also, if I'm not accesible to a tredmill one day what other exercise should I do?
3) What would you say is the rate I should be losing weight? (e.g. 2 pounds a week? 3 pounds a week? -- remember, I want to lose 20 lbs by December 31st 1992.
4) How many sit-ups and push-ups should I do every night? I would love to have a somewhat visible 2 pack by December 31st 1992

ok ok ok!You need to change your eating habbits first of all.People that start to diet don't usually understand how hard it is and how much work it will take to burn off fat, so trust me if you want to be skinny you are really going to have to work for it :)!
1)Eat less, like for breakfast have some fruit mabey a apple and some milk, milk is good for you its not like a dieting pill but it does help you losee weight.All the food you eat needs to fat free or you will never lose eny thing, i have already been through this trust me i know what i am talking about.Don't eat eny thing untill lunh just keep you mind on somthing elts, start a new project that has to do with one of you hobis to keep you mind off it.For lunch FAT FREE, fruit, vegtible, salid with dressing on the side, FAT FREE cerial (1 bowl), or mebey a yogurt.
2) as for working out its not as important as eating FAT FREE stuff but it does help ALOT!You should run on the tredmeal for at the least a HOUR A DAY, if you ever end that hour and feel like you can keep going then DO!If you run for 20 to 30 minits a day you wont lose alot trust me it must like a hour, sence you not used to that (or mabey you are?)You could always start out slow like mabey 30 minits the first day 45 minits the naxt day and it you feel you can do a hour after that then go for it :).
3)If you eat only FAT FREE food and run on the tredmeal for a hour a day yuo should probley be able to lose a good 5 to 6 pounds at the end of the mounth.

i had the same problem, i wasn't really fat i was just shaped funny, like uneavenly or something.I started to run every day on my tredmeal for a hour (runing out side works too, it might be cold but you do want to look good dont you?).I also started to eat healther, you know like only fruits and all fat free foods.That worked my legs got all toned out and my hips shrunk in like 2 mounth i got ride of that pair shape :).Every one is different so it might take you longger os mabey shorter.Just make you sure you run or work out some other way EVER DAY FOR A HOUR OR MORE.And eat healther no junk food!

if there is no fat on your body, then that mean its not fat on your face.Its probly just chubby cheaks, mabey still some baby fat.Don't worry your going to grow out of that soon, my sister had the same prob she had vary chubby cheaks for a long time.She just never lost the baby fat untill she was like 15 or 16 (i don't really remember some were arounf there)

i'm 5'6" 126 lbs. big leg muscles, skinny upper body, NO boobs whatsoever. seventeen years old. my question is: how do you get boobs without getting fat? when i eat more, the fat rarely ever gets to my boobs first, it goes to my face or stomach or something. if i run, it gets rid of all the fat in the chest area as well as everywhere else, but i want to have a bigger chest! any tips? Some people don't get boobs till they are alot older.Geting fat is not going to get them!Just let your self grow it will happin trust me, besides if guys don't like you becuse your flat then are ass holes, you should be liked for who you are not how ig your boobs are!Don't eat to make your boobs bigger, you get boobs that way but you'll find you were much happy with a flat chest then with a unhealthy and fat ugly body.Don't over eat jst so you can get brest (thast not healthy!).Every one gets then at different times i got mine when i was 12, my sister got her's when she was 17.It happins for every one.....i mean all girls :).Don't worry sooner or later they will grow
