hi i apologize for the length and also i would like not to have any replies saying loose some weight freak which i have experienced on here before any way on with the question
i am a 14 year old boy from the UK i have an uppsettingly high weight of 18 stones or 252 pound's i know thats terrible but no matter what diets i try i cant loose any weight i even did a diet for heart operation patients where i had to eat loads of soup and now i cant even see a onion without feeling nauseous if anyone else has any good tips i would love to hear them i cant bearly go out of the house so if you could help i would appreciate it
1)THe foods you eat are more important then how much you work out!Don't eat eny thing that is not FAT FREE!Like fruits and vegtibles don't eat junk food!Giveing up junk food might be hard but it might be the one of the bast things you can do when you are dieting!
2)Mike and water can help you lose weight, thee not like deiting pills but they can help, so instead of drinking soda witch is a vary bad thing to drink when you are trying lose weight (It almost maks it so that you can't lose weight)Drink a glass of milk and water:)
3)Loseing weight will not be easy, it will be harder then you can even imagin, don't forget that.
4)Never eat enything after 7-oclock, if you wack up at night with craving just go back to bed, every thing you eat at night goes strait to you legs and your butt thats called binging!
5)Working out is important to, you won't lose eny thing if you only work out for 20 minits day, you need to do at least an hour!I run on my tredmeal for at the least an HOUR EVER DAY, or sometimes more.If you don't have a tredmeal you can always go runing out side it mght be cold but you wanna look good dont you?
6)ALWAYS make sure you work out for A HOUR OR MORE, and never never never eat enythin that is not FAT FREE!
7)Keep reminders around like for example my desk top back ground right now is a pitchure of myself (that i drew lol)but i am vary skinny in a bikini, every time i get hungry or a craving for something like ice cream witch is vary bad i just look at my back ground and i think that if i ever wanna look like that then i have to agnor my craveings.You keep a pic or a skinny girl in you frige that works well to or eny were you think you might see here.
8)Don't give up, always stay comfident every day when you wake up look at your self in the miror and say i am pritty and i am going to lose weight today!I know that sonds stupid but it wuill help.

To lose weight, the number of calories you consume has to be less than the number you take in.
Try exercising... it doesn't have to be hardcore exercise, but even if you just buy some dumbbells and work out with them every day, or go for a half hour walk every day, it will help. [ NinjaNeer's advice column | Ask NinjaNeer A Question ]
karenR answered Thursday October 19 2006, 1:01 am: It looks as if you have tried a lot of diets. Have you seen a doctor about your weight problem? Have they checked you thyroid and all that? If not please do so. An under active thyroid can make you gain weight and also cause you to have pain that keeps you from exercising.
There is also gastric bypass surgery. They don't usually do that on someone your age but if you work with a doctor on losing the weight, it could be an option.
Get with a doctor. That will be your best bet. If he/she can't help you through diet then they will try other options.
