Kaibon answered Saturday October 28 2006, 6:08 pm: Well a couple years ago I got really weird about fitness since summer was ending and I wanted to be more fit, I decided to do squats for my legs and butt =] It worked really well and I lost 2 inches off my butt in a few weeks to a month(I dont remember clearly how long it was since this was a couple years ago
To do a squat you bend at the knees slowly until your thighs are parellel to the ground as if you are sitting on air, you hold this for as long as you can, clench your lower body muscles and come up slowly and then repeat until your all tuckered out =P I did ALOT a night sometimes up to 50(5 sets of 10 with a 5 minute break in between) and the results were really good.
Occaisionally I also did this other thing which I have no name for but my mom suggested -
You lay on your stomach and while keeping your torso flat you lift your leg(from the hip joint) and keep it there for as long as you can until you get tired(keep your leg as straight at you can) this also works really well on legs and butt but I think I can credit my loss of inches to the squats more ^_^
