Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Wind

I suffer from IBS and Coeliac Disease and these two problems combined make my digestive system somewhat...problematic.
Every time I take so much as a sip of water, I bloat out and get full of wind. I can't burp so I can't get rid of it and it stays there for HOURS, making me look pregnant!
I've tried hot water and honey, which didn't work and gripe water, which didn't work. I can't use a hot water bottle for personal reasons and can't have probiotic drinks because I'm lactose intolerant.
Can anyone suggest anything that could help me?? I'm so fed up with this I just want to cry all the time!!!

lose weight

Im 13 5 4 140 lb. i am not that fat. when i look in the mirror i dont look really fat but im not super skinny. The problem is my stomich is wide and my hips are big. Iv been trying to do at least 100 crunches every night. I dont know is that would help. Im very athletic and muscular. i just want some exercised tips, routine anything to make my lose weight and not look so wide.

No one likes me i guess

I'm not fat, but im like the furthest thing from skinny.
Blonde hair and blue eyes.
Ive had the occasional liking me for a day thing, a long time ago.
Now, it seems as though all the guys that used to be my friends ..hate me!Or they dont talk to me like they used to , they would just say something kinda mean .
I know your gonna say, wait and the right guy will come along but if a guy does come along, he just leaves!
Theres one guy that likes me ,but i dont really like him.

Okay, so I'm a cheerleader. For practice one day, I let one of my friends whos in a grade lower than me, borrow one of my shirts. My favorite american eagle shirt. She wore it to cheerleading, then brought it home to wash it. She didn't bring it in until like a week later and she put it in her locker. Something spilled in her locker and got all over my shirt. So she had to bring it home and wash it again. Then today, she wore it to school! I was so mad. I've mentioned to her a few times that I'd like the shirt back, but I haven't gotten it.
Should I be mad at her? How else can I hint to her that I want it back?

My entire AP Environmental Science class is filled with slackers [it is known to be a slack class] but we all found out that it isn't. Everyone has an 80 or lower, and only about 3 people have an 80. So basically most of the class doesn't even have a B. We took a test today, and like every other test, everyone failed it.
The final is going to have old test questions on it, which will be really hard because our teacher doesn't make the tests. She uses the college textbook for the questions.
My question is, how likely is it that she would let us all pass with an A or B? It seems like she would curve the grades so we would get A's and B's, but she hasn't curved any test/quiz grades all semester.

hey
for my sweet 16 i want to rent a house on the beach or like a block from the beach.
i live on longisland ,ny and i dont want to go to far.
i was thinking like either newjersey, virginia, and other states near there
i want to rent a house so i could bring my friends
i was planning on renting the house this summer
and i cant have something too expensive
i would either want to rent the house for a long weekend like 3 or 4 days or a week

My Dreams

At night I get REALLY scary dreams and I wake up terrified.In every dream I die. Not a peacefull death I mean murdered.Well I do't know what triggering these dreams im not watching scary movies and I havent resently, and before i go to sleep I eat a sandwhich.I've had about 4 diffrent dreams but have the same dreams multiple times.The one that accurs the most is the one I hate the most.I'm trapped in this house a house with like 9 other kids at any age.In the house we have to find a way out of the house and the guy that has us there planted maps and clues on how to get out.So kids are ripping things and its just a mad house but theres one girl i think 7 she has herself huddled in a corner crying, I try to talk to her and she never talks bac...

My best friend, Justin, has liked me for 3 years. We went out 4 times 3 years ago but things didn't work out. I like him a lot and he likes me. But here's the problem: My boyfriend of 7 months dumped me 3 months ago. Over those 7 months, my boyfriend had become my bestfriend. Now that he dumped me, all we do is fight. I don't think I could bear loosing another best friend.
Another problem: I don't want to be commited. I'm only in 10th grade. Now is not the time to be tying myself down with one person, just to get hurt.

I have my big winter dance coming up on February 3rd. I am a 15 year old female, 5'5 and 163 pounds. I desperatly need to lose weight. Here are my problems:
-I love to eat
-I eat wayy too much
-I don't have enough time to excersize a lot
-I drink 1-2 sodas a day
I have 45 days to get into shape. I'd like to lose 30-40 pounds.
Here's what I'm looking for:
-Pills
-Drinks
-Powders
that speed up matabalism or just make me lose weight all together.
Most of you will say, "Don't use those things, just excercise and eat right." Yeah well being heavy runs in my family and I've tried the excercise and eat right thing and I'm just not getting...

me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost a year but i have had a crush on a guy i have known for about 2 years, now the other guy has told me that he also have feeling for me, i do not know how to decide between the two because although i do love my boyfriend we are fighting allot recently and also have been talking about breaking up, i really like this other guy and truly believe that me and this other guy could fall in love and have some great times. i really like him, i cant stop thinking about him, i really think i am in love with him. He said he liked me to his friend when he was drunk, but when i talk to him he is so shy and sometimes he just moves away.
