Im 13 5 4 140 lb. i am not that fat. when i look in the mirror i dont look really fat but im not super skinny. The problem is my stomich is wide and my hips are big. Iv been trying to do at least 100 crunches every night. I dont know is that would help. Im very athletic and muscular. i just want some exercised tips, routine anything to make my lose weight and not look so wide.
peebles7 answered Tuesday December 19 2006, 7:50 pm: STOP DOING 100 CRUNCHES A NIGHT you could be doing 1000 crunches and you wouldn't see a difference. It's all about your form and the muscles you are working. if you have an exercise ball lay your upper/middle back on it, keep your neck straight and do slow crunches forward and to the left and right. Also try crunches on the ground where you raise your but rather than your shoulderblades. it's hard to describe crunches written, so search for pictures on the internet, or if you can buy a book that has good exercises. good luck [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
