I'm about 5'7-5'8ish and I weight about 183 lbs.
The thing is though, I don't look like I weight 183, I look to weight about 160ish and my pants size is 11-12. I don't look that big, and I knew some of it is because of my height.
When I look ay myself, I know I don't look that big. But when I think about how much I weigh, it drives me insane.
The doctor said back in July that I didn't really need to worry about my weight, but if I wanted to lose weight, it'd be perfectly healthy.
I guess what I'm asking is how to lose weight, at least ten pounds before January 27th(school dance) and I'm also a little afraid that since I look like around 160 if I lost ten-twenty pounds I'd look like a stick and I don't want that either, because of my height. (link)

I know this sounds hard but buy a jumprope and start jumproping. jumprope in your garage or anywhere else while you listen to your favorite music for about 15 minutes yu can start slow until you become more advanced and do it a couple ties a week and your good to go

Im 13 5 4 140 lb. i am not that fat. when i look in the mirror i dont look really fat but im not super skinny. The problem is my stomich is wide and my hips are big. Iv been trying to do at least 100 crunches every night. I dont know is that would help. Im very athletic and muscular. i just want some exercised tips, routine anything to make my lose weight and not look so wide.

You wont lose weight just on your stomach by doing crunches. when you lose weight it is evenly spread on your whole body so try doing something aerobic. = ] you could try jumproping it doesnt have to be super fast for about 15 minutes i know it sounds hard but you will get used to it! i lost a whole lot of weight doing that.
