i think i have anger issues or something.im a very relaxed person(or i think i am) but somethings just make me so angry and some people and i hide it,that anger,beneath my smile,but sometimes it gets too much and it mixes with sadness(im depressed) and i feel like im going to breakdown and i do,and im angry but also so sad and i feel hopeless for me and the world,it has become a bad place,theres so much pain,and i cry,i cry a lot,this started to happen a lot lately(couple months) and at night i cant sleep,theres so much on my mind and i feel so sad,it hurts so much,but i cant cry,i feel empthy and im not like the other depressed teens that are insecure or something,im very confident,i habe friends,amazing parents,but i feel like im alone,th...

my mood is fucking with me all the time,one moment im happy,then im sad,then angry,then happy again and etc. im gemini so maybe thats the reason,but i realy dont like how i change my mood and opinion on things all the time,one moment im with my friend and i think shes really cool and funny and the next moment she annoys me so much and i feel this anger,it makes me want to kill her,and it changes all the time for everything and i change all the time,how can i know who i am if i change myself every moment,oh and on top of this im fucking deperessed. any suggestions,any pills that might help? im 15,f

Neutropenic Sepsis Essay

Hello,
Im A nursing student at university.
currently Im doing an essay on Neutropenic sepsis,
which is when chemotherapy causes a lowered neutrophil count and infection is more likely as the body is less able to combat it.
Am i right in thinking that one would have to recognise what infection cause the Neutropenic sepsis, and that would have to be addressed aswell and giving a broad specturm antibiotic?
or would the broad spectrum antibiotic combat it also.

Mormons, Are there really 3 degrees of heaven?

Mormons believe there are 3 levels of Heaven, but the Bible only mentions Heaven and Hell?
The Bible doesn't say anything about the Celestial Kingdom, Terrestrial Kingdom, and Telestial Kingdom. It just says Heaven & Hell.
Are there 3 degrees of heaven?

Eczema treatments?

I was told I had eczema by my doctor a few years back and after about a year, it went away. I can't remember what I was given or what I took to make it go away.
But recently, it's coming back and it's appearing on my upper arms, inner thighs, and it's starting to appear on my belly and on the sides of my breasts. I currently do not have a doctor as I just turned eighteen last year and need to find a new one. I'm assuming I have to solve this problem on my own right now until I can find a doctor. So, are there any creams I can buy at a pharmacy or tablets I can take to try and make it go away or would I really need to see a doctor as soon as possible?

My mom is disappointed in me

today when i got home from school she told me she had to talk to me. My mother had found my tumblr. Yes, there were plenty of things i shouldn't have blogged about. I know they were wrong, bad words, drugs, anything a mother would be disappointed about was on that tumblr. She was extremely disappointed. She started crying and i started crying. so we have a female gym coach and a male gym coach at our school. im a girl and the female coach told me to give the male coach a note and he was in the boys locker room so i asked her to wait until he got out but she told me to go in there and give it to him. so i walked through a room full of naked 13 year old boys all staring at me and my guy friend, who i have a crush on, was in there. once they saw me they made a dash for cover and my friend and a couple of other boys werent quick enough so they were in the open and i couldnt find the coach so i had to ask my friend where he was so it was super awkward. that was last period so we went straight home after that. so how can we talk tomorrow without it being awkward?

Am I being scammed?

About a year ago, we bought 4 new Sigma brand tires for our hatchback. Since then, we've put about 20000 km on the vehicle.
Since the new tires went on, there's been a bit of a wobble, which is only temporarily fixed (for about 2 km) when we get the tires balanced. The last time we took the car in, the tech told us that all four tires have shifted belts. From what I understand, this means that all four tires have a serious manufacturing defect, which seems highly unlikely. They're saying that the tires need to be replaced right away, but my B.S. sensors are flashing.
If anyone out there knows cars, how likely is this scenario? Should we be running out to spend the money on yet another set of tires?

My "friend" told me that people talk bad about me at school. I know that, but she said there will be something "going around" about me. She sort of overreacts and stuff, so yeah.
One time, our friend moved and she said "Once it'll get around, you'll know the story", and it never really "got around"... It only got around to a few people. So do you think she's serious, overreacting, or just trying to scare me? I'm having like a panic attack so yeah...

A lot of people talk crap about me at school and I'm just getting tired of it. There's nothing I can do, so please don't say "tell someone" or whatever because I've tried everything. But anyways, I'm just getting tired of it and I want to be homeschooled. Some people that talk crap moved to the schools I was thinking about moving to, so they'll just say stuff about me and have MORE people not like me.
How can I talk my mom into letting me be homeschooled? I always have a parent here to homeschool me, so that's situated. But how do I talk my mom into saying "ok"?

Hello All, for the past few years I have stood up to my mother and sister. I have helped raised my nephews for years now. They are finally grown and they live on their own now because I won't allow them to live with me anymore. They have done everything you can think of in the past.
