I don't know why you would want your period to come now..it's a pain lol. You'll get it soon since you've been having the signs of maturing and changing hormones and such.
Enjoy the time that you don't have your period, it can be really frustrating. You have cramps, bloating, and dealing with it irregularly showing up..
Since you mom got it when she about 14, that's when you'll probably get it. So it'll be coming soon. If it really does bother you, go talk to your doctor.
If the doctor did have a way to make your period come instantly, I don't think they'd let you do that. Only because you are still young and your body probably isn't ready yet. It's best to let your body do all this natural because the only reason you'll be getting your period is so that you can have children one day. When your body decided that it is capable of reproducing and it has everything it needs, you will start getting your period. If your body isn't ready then you won't get your period. For example, a lot of athletes don't get their periods because they have so little body fat. Women need a certain amount of body fat to have a child. Typically, you get your period around the time as your mother which might be almost a year away for you. If this does concern you health-wise,then simply call your pediatrician and ask if it's normal. And often enough even when you finally do get it, it will be very irregular at first. That is normal as well. Treat your body right and stay healthy. Your body will know when it's ready and you will get your period then.
