Cheap Eyeshadow
I got some cheap eyeshadow for christmas but it doesn't stay on if I touch it or anything. So I don't want to waste it so is there anything I can mix it with to make it stronger or something like that???

after applying makeup, close your eyes and spray a small quantity of hairspray over your face (keep your mouth closed as well) this should fix the problem remember to use the spray responsibly

You can mix it with a clear primer to make it a little thick but it will be like the wet shadows.

Vaseline and eyeshadow make a good lip gloss.
