Phobia of sex

I am an eighteen-year-old female, single as of this month. I broke up with my boyfriend at the beginning of the month. Our relationship was awkward and I'm positive that 96% of it was my fault and here's why:
I am absolutely, utterly petrified of having sex. Sex itself doesn't bother me when it comes to romance novels, but it's when I'm involved is when I begin to panick. I realized this after I went to the doctor and she told me she was going to put something in my vagina. At first, I thought it was no problem, but when she actually sat me down on the table, I started to freak out and basically had a panick attack. It was the worst experience of my entire life. I'm 13 I've been sexually abused,my family always shouts at me and calls me a slut,whore,bitch,worthless,fat stuff like that. So lately I've been hearing voices it started off telling me I'm fat and I must starve myself to be skinny and that I'm a slut and I've become such a bitch and no one loves me and I must go kill myself and I must go cut. I am in need for advice. I like this guy that i go to school with. I guess he knows that I do. We have talked a couple times. Ever since he found out about me liking him he hasnt talked to to me. Its as if he was avoiding me. Everyone says that he is this shy guy and that he is probably just scared to talk to me because I am very attractive and intimidating to talk to. A little background info, met my current boyfriend in September. Dated from then and made it official in November. During the dating time we both said we weren't seeing/talking to anyone else. During this time he went on a trip out of state and had sex with one of his best girl friends. The night he got back, we had sex and he asked me out officially. My father had stomach cancer at the age of 46 .he was so young..he had his stomach removed so that the cancer won't spread.im a mbbs student .i know what patients who had their stomach removed due to various medical reasons suffer..I know my dad is suffering.. I am very very self conscious about myself. I always feel like shit. Sometimes I feel good about myself, but then I see all these other people that are just so much better than me and I realize that I'm nothing. I'm not good at anything, I'm not atheletic good at school, Im not the prettiest, I don't have big boobs. I don't do anything at all, I'm not really helpful with chores, I'm lazy with school and everything. I'm not rich and I can't do as many things as other kids. I've been dating a guy long distance for over a year. He wants me to stay with him for awhile so we can work on our relationship. He doesn't want to do long distance anymore so if I don't come, he's going to break up with me. However, I have bills to pay and feel like it would be too difficult to. He said he can help me out with things until I find a job. But he's always saying how broke he is. And I don't know if he would even be able to really help me. I try talking to him about it, but he just says not to worry. Advice?

I am 13 years old and I got my periods when I was 12 and half.I didnt tell anyone about my periods because of some personal reasons(I dont have any sibling and i am not close to my mother and my father is abroad and I am too shy to tell someone else).I hate sex and I dont have any boyfriend.I started doing skipping rope and running excessively at morning without taking breakfast(I didnt do exercise that much in my whole life) and I am sure that i have lose weight.

I'm 19 years old, turning 20 in a few months.
I feel as though as my father is extremely controlling and is having a negative impact on me.
For reference, he has been diagnosed with depression for a while now.
Basically, I am an adult now and I'm still treated like a child. My Dad gives little importance to my opinions and feelings, and is always pushing his beliefs and his opinions on me.
He is also always trying to control EVERY THING I do. For example, today is Good Friday, and the day is absolutely gorgeous outside.
