easy way to loose 10 pounds Im 13/f and im 92 pounds but i would really like to loose 10 pounds.. What is the easiest way to do this?

Darling, trust me you do not need to loose weight. I am a 13 year old female also, and I'm 98 LBS. Believe it or not, 92 through 108 is normal weight for our age. But if you really want to loose weight I would suggest maybe a different diet or a stronger exercise. I would strongly suggest Zumba classes. They are 100% free. I take them and they are so fun. :) ]
Why would you like to lose pounds? Your weight is fine being at your age. I'm 13 and a female and I weigh 90 pounds. My mom took me to the doctor because she thought I weighed less than normal. But the doctor said it was fine. You are perfect just the way you are. ]

The easiest way to lose weight is a stupid way to lose weight. Find a good, healthy way to lose weight. Exercise and eat right. Avoid soda, candy and chips. Exercise 3 days a week and eat 3 or more meals a day.
At 13, you shouldn't even worry about losing weight. So don't obsess over it. ]

WHY are you letting other people bring you down? We told you that for your height which I believe you said 5'1 you are underweight and not fat.
Infact, A calorie intake of 1200 at your age is a bit little as you should be eating 2000.
Seriously, You are going to make yourself sick. Not eating can eventually lead to hair loss, rotted teeth, organ failure and death. I am not trying to scare you but these are the dangers of being to thin. Boney is not attractive ]
We really can't give you advice online about this sort of thing for a few reasons. We're not doctors. We don't know what your ideal weight would be. This really is the sort of thing your doctor should be helping you with.
Talk to your doctor about your concerns. Find out what you should weigh based on your age, build and height. For some 13 year olds, 92 pounds might be just right, but for others it might be more like 130 lbs. If you're going to lose weight, you need to make sure that you're doing it in a healthy way, because you can mess up your growth and development if you do anything crazy right now. ]
