i have a bad habit of sitting and shaking my legs. sometimes i dont even notice im doing it. a few of my friends told me that it actually burns up to 100 calories a day. is that true??

I've talked to this guy on myspace [I knew him from middle school] so he's not a stranger to me. We talked for many weeks. We met up about 3-4 times and we are going out now.
But I feel so stupid because I'm so shy and I can't look at him
We are surrounded around our friends and we haven't been alone.. I can only glance at his face. If i really stare at him, i get so shy.. my eyes water [for some reason? sensitive eyes?] and i blush like mad. I'm awful at eye contact. i keep telling myself to look into his eyes but i end up looking away.
I'm also tensed and nervous. I don't know how to feel comfortable around him. We haven't been dating long. Maybe a week? How can I be more o...

i will try to be quick. me and my best friend(who is like a sister). i have some freinds from another school and she meet them and "fell in love" with one of those boys and annoyed the heck out of him. me and my friend got in a really big fight and i told the boy that she is not always so nice ect. now he wont talk to her and i keep trying to talk to him but he either wont listen or never answers his phone ect. my friend also thinks that since this booy will only talk to me that he must like me. I screwed it up because he used to like her and i need help because i want to talk to him and tell him WHAT I SAID WAS MOSTLY OUT OF ANGER AND THAT HIM AND MY FRIEND SHOULD AT LEAST TRY TO BE FRIENDS but he wont listen. how should i aproch...

There's this girl, Rayna. She's so mean. And anyway, I was talking to this guy on facebook whos really great, and she comments him and tells him that he should stop talking to me and that shell "explain later." and ive never even talked to her, so shes just doing it to spite me. So anyway, would it be a bad idea to message her saying "what did rayna say about me?" And should i say something else?

Young Sex

K ill make this short. My male friend (13) says he is going to have sex with his girlfriend on Friday night. I really really tried telling him all the consequences about AIDS and Pregnancy and how young he is etc. He wont listen to me! I really care for him, and im not shure how to tell him not to have sex so he would listen to me. If anyone can help, that would be great.

i really started crushing on this kid about a month and a half ago. i hung out with him once and ever since then we never talked. but then in the past week i talked to him again. i really want to hook up with him, but i never will be able to. as soon as i was starting to get him out of my head, he randomly comes into my life again but leaves just as quick. HOW CAN I FORGET ABOUT HIM? i never felt this way before :(

I wear Axe spray deoderant and since its smell is overbearing, I also wear Aeropostale A87 cologne and I try to spray a lot on, because I tend to sweat a lot during the day, and sometimes I start to have some unwanted B.O.
What is a reliable and long-lasting deoderant to have, because my axe obviously isn't working.
Thanks for any suggestions, and please say what's good about the deoderant you mention.

this school year, i got to know this gurl and we bacame best fwens. we are both in the 9th grade and same age and well FEMALES. since she has been introduced to sex and BOYZ!! everythin has changed. she had sex with lyk 5 or 6 six oredy in lyk 2 months..and most of them are taken,they are all seniors, and they are all fwens with each other. now all she wnats to do is hook up with a boi and i gues have a one nyt stand. my fwens and i tried talking to her i even told her to stop cuz peole r gona get the impresion that she is a slut or something, she said that she would stop but she didn't!..now she is with guys that she tells me she doesn't want to be with. then i tell her not be with them..isn't that lyk using ur common-sense? to stop seeing...

f/16. I've never been in a real relationship before, and I've only been on maybe 3 or 4 dates. But that's not the problem. I don't want this to come out sounding conceited, but I do think I'm a fun person, pretty, and smart. I don't have problems with guys liking me. I've been asked out five times this year. But the problem is, I always say no! Even when they're cute guys. I don't know why. I'm outgoing and a "people - person", and I want to have a boyfriend, but for whatever reason I have a problem starting relationships. Am I too picky? I keep telling myself that I'm holding out for the "right guy", but am I being too idealistic? Anyhow, anyone who has had this same problem ... your advice is appreciated! :)

Trip unwanted at the moment

This summer i am going on a school trip with all my friends. There is going to be a pool at the hotel we are staying at and we are very excited to be going swimming. The problem is is that a lot of guys are going and other girls and all the girls have boobs and they will be looking good in their bathing suits and the problem is is that i dont have any and i dont want all the guys to be looking and lauging at me. It is very embarrising and i dont want all of them to see my flat chest. I dont care if it is just girls but there is about 20 guys coming to and i know they will all be looking at my friends and i am very self concious about it. I am flat. I cant help it. i will be humiliated even if they dont laugh or look at me. Please help. thanks!

There's this guy Dean who I just started to talk to on myspace. He's two years older and really hot... blonde surf hair and gorgeousss blue eyes. I havent talked to him in person before, but he commented me last night, and we've been talking a lot on myspace. He seems really sweet. Theres this guy, Jake. I've known him for two years, but until this year we didn't really talk. Last year, he would say hi to me and all, which was nice because I was new, and we weren't really friends. This year, we started talking more because we had classes. We're kind of friends, I guess. But I developed a huge crush on him. And now he seems a little more distant. Like, he'll talk to me, and say something really sweet, and he seems like he's genuinely interested. But then I respond and he seems like he suddenly loses interest. Why!?
