movies on an ipod

i have a movie & a tv show on my computer that i downloaded from a different source instead of itunes. i need a program to convert them into something that will enable them to be opened into itunes and put onto my ipod. what program do i need and where can i get it?

Simply search for the file on their browser and they convert it to .m4p

Look up the file and open it using iTunes.
