Toning

This is such an overrated question on the site, but I was wondering what are some good exercises for toning your tummy, thighs, and arms? I know wall sits, leg lifts, push-ups and crunches, but is there anything else that I might be able to do?

Horse-Back Riding

What does it mean to break a horse? I know that my friend rode my other friends horse, and now that horse is "broken". What does this mean?
PS: The horse is around 10 years old and was already trained and a good horse...but after he got "broke" he got a little slower and brattier.

In comparison to Windows Xp and Windows Vista, what are the advantages and the disadvantages between the two?
I currently have the Xp version but was thinking about switching to Vista.

birth control question

I have Ortho Tri Cyclen lo birth control. It's been going good for me, and everything, but I have two questions about it:
1) Does it SERIOUSLY help treat acne? In my experience it just worsens it. But I have been hearing from websites it should help it. Is this like a side effect from me using it for just a month, or does it just vary by person?
2) Also, there are like two yellow dots on the refill on day 1 and day 14 I think. What are those? And what is its purpose for being there?

i need a job,and i found out that you can send your applications through the computer,i told my mom about it and she said that its not safe to do that,i thought it might be easier,so basically if i send my application like say petsmart or like chik-fel-a (sp) do you think its safe or not such a good idea ?

ok well i go on my myspace today and i notice that it changed from being private to public. and i went to my accoutn settings and it had somehow actually switched from private to public. so, i changed it back to private. but does this mean someone got on my myspace and changed it? or could it have somehow done that by itself? ok thanks!

ok, i had aol when i lived with my dad.
he didnt mind paying for it.
when i moved in with my mom, she told me i couldn't use it.
so now i still have aol on my computer but i dont use it.
whenever i click on a link or everyonce in a while, it just pops up for no reason.
and i dont know how to delete it from my computer.
ive gone on google, and ive tried everything i could think of.
PLEASE help.

Getting Very Sick From MORTIN.

I've been taking Motrin for the past five days. I'm female, in my high teens. I have not seen a doctor, and seeing a doctor is out of the question. I'm taking Motrin that was left over from my brother's war injury. Each pill is 800 milligrams. I take about three Motrin a day, plus about 4 Ibuprofen a day, but I do not take Motrin and Ibuprofen at the same time. And I never take any pills on an empty stomach.
The medicine eases my crippling back injury, but I'm sick as a dog. I looked online for signs of an overdose and then common side effects.

Ok..So this girl who went to my school last year, I met through one of my best friends. At first, she thought I was one of those weird guys, that was really immature and what not....But then she started to like me a little more and we became friends. Near the end of the school year last year, we were talking on AIM, and she had to go and she said "luv ya babe!" and I was like ok, since when does she "luv" me..? And then about two months ago, she started calling me "her little punk" and then just recently she started calling me "my love" and saying she "loves me" instead of "luv ya"....
But my question is, what's with all the sudden phrase/nickname changes..You think ...

virus and spyware

Well I used to download a lot of stuff on my computer... big mistake. I had 121 viruses and my dad had to reset my computer and install everything back onto it (like microsoft word, firewalls etc)
I promised I wouldn't install anything but I ended up doing it again. I don't want to have him reset my computer again because I felt bad about it and he really was pissed that he had to do it.
Anyways...I have some programs on my computer like yahoo messenger that I have been trying to delete for a while but it says something like it cannot find the uninstall file?
I also get popups but heres the annoying part. They are kind of popups. I'm in the middle of browsing the internet and then my internet ...

Okay. so i was at the movies and this really hott kid asked me for my number, so i gave it to him. he texted me later that night and everything. The next day i asked him if he wanted to hang out and stuff. however we couldnt. I still texted him like trying to get to know him but now im afraid he thinks im annoying. I sent him a text last night saying "call me tomrrow" should i still try to talk to him if he doesnt call?

I'm only 14 and I'm about 5'6''...But I weigh around 165lbs...I don't look like I weigh that much, but I do..And no matter how much I work out, I can't get my weight to drop...Any ideas on how I can get it to drop..?

Okay I MIGHT like this kid named Steven. I stayed back and he's in my grade now. He stayed back a long long time ago in like the 2nd grade so he's 8 days older then me and I can't like him. When I mean cant i seriosly cannot like him. Im not the most prettiest kid OR the most populariest now. Dont tell me I probably look fine because i know i dont so dont bother.. Steven also has a girlfriend and they go out like everyother week its pretty gay but Olivia already thinks i like him when I keep saying No i dont... no, and a bunch of other reasons and Stevens awsome and deserve so much better.
