I'm only 14 and I'm about 5'6''...But I weigh around 165lbs...I don't look like I weigh that much, but I do..And no matter how much I work out, I can't get my weight to drop...Any ideas on how I can get it to drop..?
DearJessie15 answered Wednesday February 21 2007, 2:33 pm: Im 15 years old but when I was 14 i weight exactly that! Your 5'6 though . I was as tall as you are then too. I was always told "Your not that fat" Its because, of how tall I was. if you really wanna lose weight try eating different foods. Like vegies more less junk food. drinnk about 16 glasses of water each day and diet soda is okay. Stick to it htough don't try slipping a coke in it will be lurkiiing your mind all night that you did it. also running believe or not helps VERY GOOD> I have been trying for a while now and its helping me. Your motivations hsould be the idea of looking good. I hope I helped just a little at least. [ DearJessie15's advice column | Ask DearJessie15 A Question ]

If you have been working out you may have put on some muscle.
You should be able to notice your clothes fitting
differently if you lose weight. I was always told
to take measurements and go by that more than the scales.
