okay, i'm in the flag twirling team -kinda like colorguard- and i'm co-captain.

to get there i helped the captain with routines and coming up with fun stuff to do. such as: blasting music up and working out for 30 minutes to get 'pumped'

then i got a fundrasier to help pay for our uniforms.

you have to show that you're a team player so ALWAYS be nice.

if you need any more help you can e-mail me @: flagtwirlingcaptin@hotmail.com
