Toning

Question Posted Wednesday February 21 2007, 4:33 pm

This is such an overrated question on the site, but I was wondering what are some good exercises for toning your tummy, thighs, and arms? I know wall sits, leg lifts, push-ups and crunches, but is there anything else that I might be able to do?

Sadly enough haha the best thing for toning in those spots is running/jogging on an olyptical trainer or just in the street. I also have a thighmaster that works really well for me. Anyway hope i helped,

Overrated question? You mean over-asked. Seriously, search the question. You'll find answers there. Go to the gym and use the machines.
