okay i'm a cheerleader and we only have one tumbler. so i decided that i wanted to be one also so it looks cooler. so i was wondering how to i start and if there are any videos that can help me. thanks a bunch.

what are some tips for teaching yourself to backflip without any help
im a bit scared of trying it not in the pool cause ive done it in the pool and it didnt work that well

but im afraid of braking my neck or something if i land wrong

The High School Football Team

I'm a junior in high school, Yep, you guessed it, im a girl. THIS question is for all you football players out there. I plan on trying out for my football team my senior year. It really means a lot to me that i make the team...Any 'excersizes', or drills that you would suggest for me to practice?

Flat stomach?

So this summer i've been trying really hard to flatten up my stomach. The thing that bothers me is that my stomach has like two different forms. I guess that sounds weird but my lower stomach is bigger than my upper stomach so I have sort of a line going across my belly button that seperates the two. Its always been that way, so I was wondering what excersizes can I do to flatten my entire stomach?

Okay, so I am not fat. I know this...sort of. Just I get self-conscious sometimes because I look in the mirror and see flab and grossness. This is all recently. I feel unworthy I guess for so many reasons so this is just one more.
I weigh 103 pounds and I am 5' 4", and I'm fifteen years old.
So last week I put up pictures of skinny people on my wall as a kind of goal I guess you could say. Well, then I sort of felt guilty about it. Because I'll never be skinny or pretty as them.
Is it bad that I'm using pictures of super-skinny people? Do I have a problem? I don't know. I think there's gotta be something wrong with me that I keep judging myself over everything. But I'm too embarrassed to tell my mom because I told ...

well i'm 5 foot and half an inch. yes half an inch. anyways i'm about 113 pounds. its not like i'm fat or anything i just want my stomach to be flatter. i've done the seventeen magazine workouts but they are hard to stick to when cheerleading takes up a lot of time. so if anyone has suggestions that would be great. thanks a ton.

My parents made a move this summer and it put ALOT of stress on me. Ive gained alot of weight under my arms, and on my stomach. What can I do to get it off. I know workout but what kind of workout.

Ok I've been working out at the gym, but I've got about a two hour time frame. For health reasons my doctor said I need to loose weight before I get diabeties. What should I do? Does anyone have a workout routine that helps drop weight and tone a body??

i gained some weight. Not alot, i wtill have like curves and stuff but i have stomach that is not excatly flat. and legs are kind ofbig. + i want a butt.i hate sit ups with a passion, i stretch but obiously that not gonna help me loose. i work alot and only have three and half weeks beofre school. im goin into 10th grade.is there any thing you can give me for advice,. i have a job and i am going on vacation. please urry, I NEED HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

double-chin?

13/f -------- i've begun to develop a slight double chin. :(( like, when i look down, the skin under my neck like comes out under my chin into a double chin, and i never used to have one. this happens to some of my friends who are skinnier than me, but it never really happened to me. i've begun to feel self-concious about it. i think recently i may have gained some weight, not enough to be really worried about, but my face appears to be a bit rounder. is there any safe and healthy ways for me to lose the double chin and go back to the way i was? any help is appreciated; thanks! <3

SWIMMING/Swimmers HELP!

I'm 17. I have taken swimming lessons, and used to go to the gym regularly. I stopped and havent gone in about 2-3 months. I would like to start swimming, to lose weight. I would like to become a fast swimmer.
Are there any techniques, workouts, exercises that may help me? Are there any websites that can also help?

when i start swimming, how long should i swim and how many laps/set if there are sets.

i have been doing crinches for 1 months everyday and night.
i have been eating less than before.
actully i dont even eat a lot anymore

flatter stomache

i run on my treadmell for about 15 min everyday and i eat pretty healthy. i do crunches they have worked but i want my stomache to be flat.there almost there but not yet.i have about 6 weeks to do this.does anyone know of any exersices that i can do?

field hockey tryouts start next week, tuesday august 5th. i'm running everyday, trying to eat healthy, etc. i am really really really nervous though, and i was wondering what i should do the day before tryouts? should i run still? if anyone has any tips for advice please give them to me, i'm trying to do everything to prepare.

people say i am not fat because i am really popular so they cant be mean to a popular person and i know i am fat and i need to lose weight but i cant as much as i try then i try to exersise but i am so lazy and i try not to eat fating food but i have a little brother and he eats alot of junk food so we have a lot and my moms a baker so she makes the greatest stuff i can help but eat all up and when i am not hungry i still eat i dont know why and i need to loose a lot of weight. what should i do?
