hi, im starting high school in 4 weeks and i want to loose a lot of weight before the first day. I know it might seem impossible but i want to loose like around 20 pounds. Does anyone have any easy dieting plans? (:

If you are willing to settle for water weight and muscle loss, then you can get nearer to your target. Of course, by losing muscle you will look a lot worse, and you will screw up your metabolism which will lead to a lot of fat gain.
If you truly dont care about the way you lose weight, and if all you care about are the numbers, then the fastest way is... : amputation. Have a doctor remove an arm or a leg. Thats 20lbs in no time at all.
Seriously though, if you want proper weight loss tips that involve realistic targets, just let me know. For now the answer to your question is that it just cannot be done in a way that anyone (including yourself) would consider beneficial. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
