I don't think you'll be able to loose 20 pounds in 4 weeks. You should try to take it a little slower. Try to loose 20 pounds from now to somewhere during the school year. Just try eating healthy. Eat 3 meals a day, and if you want snacks. Make sure they are healthy snacks. If you want to slim down try running, walking or doing some other exercises. Drink lots of water and avoid soda. So good luck and I hope everything works out for you.

Its not that it seems impossible, it is impossible. At least if you want the weight loss to be fat. If you are willing to settle for water weight and muscle loss, then you can get nearer to your target. Of course, by losing muscle you will look a lot worse, and you will screw up your metabolism which will lead to a lot of fat gain.

If you truly dont care about the way you lose weight, and if all you care about are the numbers, then the fastest way is... : amputation. Have a doctor remove an arm or a leg. Thats 20lbs in no time at all.

Seriously though, if you want proper weight loss tips that involve realistic targets, just let me know. For now the answer to your question is that it just cannot be done in a way that anyone (including yourself) would consider beneficial.
