hey so im starting school soon and i'd really like to loose some weight before then. does anyone have some easy diets or something i could try? (:

Eat 3 meals a day, and make sure to run, walk or any other exercise. If your hungry between meals, then get a healthy snack. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and stuff like that. No junk. Also try doing sit ups. Trust me, they help. Just keep doing this for awhile and then it will start showing. Also make sure to drink plenty of water. Jessika1023 answered Friday August 1 2008, 11:00 pm: There is no easy diet. Exercise and eat right and you will lose the weight. Simple. 3 meals a day is the most important thing in losing weight. DO NOT starve yourself or you will lose weight fast and gain it back even faster. People who eat breakfast are most of the time skinnier than those who dont. so dont skip breakfast.
