The High School Football Team

Question Posted Thursday August 7 2008, 9:12 pm

I'm a junior in high school, Yep, you guessed it, im a girl. THIS question is for all you football players out there. I plan on trying out for my football team my senior year. It really means a lot to me that i make the team...Any 'excersizes', or drills that you would suggest for me to practice?

Thanks in advance everyone! :)
~Gina

I suggest going to some football practices to watch what they're doing :) if your school isn't practicing, maybe go to another school's practices OR you could ask someone on the team to help you :D you should definitely start running though. Goodluck!

Gina, Gina, Gina, exercise in the kitchen and stay away from football, you might get a serious injury and you don't want that.
