field hockey tryouts start next week, tuesday august 5th. i'm running everyday, trying to eat healthy, etc. i am really really really nervous though, and i was wondering what i should do the day before tryouts? should i run still? if anyone has any tips for advice please give them to me, i'm trying to do everything to prepare.

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? x0fallforyou0x answered Thursday July 31 2008, 7:11 pm: im going to be a sophomore too and i also have been playing field hockey for the past 4 years i love it so much! anyway, for tryouts it sounds to me like your starting off great, running is deffinetly going to help you the most, i dont know if you have a stick and a ball but simple things you can work on alone like your hits and dribbling just the basics ya know? that will also help you. Usually I just continue to eat healthy, hydrate by drinking water and nothing else (soda, juice, etc), stretch a lot, and as the other person said, just relax. :) [ unreachable's advice column | Ask unreachable A Question ]

elevate your legs..
mainly just relax..
no stress..
