how to do a back handspring and a front handspring

okay i'm a cheerleader and we only have one tumbler. so i decided that i wanted to be one also so it looks cooler. so i was wondering how to i start and if there are any videos that can help me. thanks a bunch.

I'm a cheerleader also, and I can tumble. It is VERY hard if you are not use to holding your own body weight. I strongly suggest getting into gymnastics that way you have someone who knows how to teach there with you. Watching videos will help, but not help you. To start working out outside of gymnastics, get in a handstand and do push ups. If you need the wall, use the wall. This is build up your arm strength and give you a good idea of how strong you have to be to be able to do a back handspring.
