Try setting certain times to eat every day. Don't just start overeating randomly--This'll make you sick! Set times for larger meals 3-5 times a day. Also, allow yourself to snack. Make sure you drink tons of water--You'll get used to feeling full. Also, if just eating healthily dosen't seem like it's working too well, try drinking nutritional shakes. The one on the top of my mind is called Boost, and they come in really yummy flavors and are sold at like, all grocery stores! (:
It's a pretty slow but sure process. Once your stomach expands again, it should speed up, though. Your metabolism is probably pretty low now, from not eating much, so once you do start eating normal amounts again, the weight should come at a fairly quick pace.
If this dosen't work out, see your doctor! Don't just wait it out forever. If you start getting dizzy or anything, the best thing to do would probably be to get an IV, or be put on a plan by a nutritonalist.
Best of luck, and I hope everything works out for you!

It's not healthy!
thanks for your time
