How do you tell if a boy wants a kiss?

I feel so stupid writing this, but I seriously need to know how do you tell if a boy wants a kiss??
Is there some sign that he is ready for one?
I am SOOOOO read to plant one on him but I don't know if he wants it!
Help! How on Earth do you tell if a boy really wants a kiss?

This guy I was together with said he thought he had liked me and that he wanted a serious relationship, but he changed his mind and doesn't want that. Basically, he just wants to hook up and he pretty much dumped me for a slut. He said he wanted to be friends still and I want to, but he won't talk to me! He ended it 2 weeks ago and I've talked to him twice and I initiated it both times. It wasn't anything big just small talk. He's also a recovering smoker and he'll have mints when he wants a cigarettes. One day, my friend gave me some mints so I gave them to him. He said thanks but that's it. I don't get it. He'll say hi to me in school but he won't talk to me but he wants to be friends. Why is he taking no action?

okay, soo i'm 15 years old and i've never had a boyfriend before.. I find being my age and never having a boyfriend is kind of lame. haha.
I've always been really shy, so talking to guys is something i've never really been able to do.

I know Valentines Day is still a couple of weeks away, but I've got no idea what to get my boyfriend.
We've been together for almost 4 years so I want to get him something special/romantic but I really suck at gift buying.

I'm in a long distance relationship, I want to end it. I haven't been happy for over a month, the distance isn't for me, and now it's interfering with my grades in college.
The guy I'm with is extremely emotional & I KNOW he'll cry/be upset for ages. (It took him over 2 yrs to get over his ex!) If I talk to him via the phone, he might possibly be able to suck me back in as he always does. But I'm tired of feeling bad for him, and I need some advice on how to not back down on my decision once he starts crying. I will feel bad, I do have some feelings for him, but I really KNOW in my heart that breaking up is the best decision for me.

I like this girl that already has a boyfriend, or so i think. i really like her and we know each other a little bit, and by a little bit, i mean we know each other's names and we had one conversation. She is a grade lower than i am and to me she seems way out of my league. We were hosts for a play for our school and we were partners. the problem is i don't know if she is interested and i don't know how to make a great impression. what do you recommend. So me and thus guy, Who ive been friends With for a While noW have recently been hanging out alot more.. and yes i do like him.. im just insure if hes into me.. like We flirt constanly and text alot...and today he held my hand! :) but hes one of those guys that one moinute you think hes completly into you.. and the next your completly unsure.. is there any signs or something that i can look for to see if he really likes me? any advice is greatly appriciated! :)

I've been with my boyfriend for around two years.
The first part of our relationship was pretty bad because I had a drug problem. Around a year ago, I ODed on some prescription meds.

i want this boy who i never really speak to. hes in my grade in high school but not in my group and i know he thinks im hott i can tell by the way he stares. I just dont know how to get him or even start talking or start anything with him. im kind of in the "badass" click and hes more smart and goody good... but he still randomly flirts with my friends so i know he doesnt have a problem with my "type"

hi guys
first off, i have been friends w/ a guy for around 6 months now. we have flirted and kissed and stuff but it has never really got serious. he saw me talking to another guy once and since then he thinks i like anyone but him. anyway we had a fall out in november, and at the beginning of january he apoligised to me and said he missed me etc.
now hes like wanting to see me a lot, he never made this effort before. is it me being paranoid or do you think hes actually just changed his mind?
