i dont have a problem not eating fat foods..its hard for me but its working out i dont know what to do. i want to slim my thighs and waist. is their some good exercies that i can do anytime during the day that will work fast if i do them daily?

I am very shy about my body.
I never get in a bathing suit even around my friends because i dont have big boobs, and like they all do. I always feel so insecure. I don't like it. I was invited to a pool party and i'm mainly going because of the reason
but thats not the fool reason.
any help I can get on being comfortable with my body ?

hey.
my guy friend who i really really like asked me if i would be his girlfriend earlier in the week and i was really happy and everything<33. cause i am crazy about him. but i had to tell him no because my friend likes him too.
my friend found out that he liked me that day and started being mean to me about it, and we got in a fight. i didn't want to fight with her, but she started it and i tried to stop it the whole time telling her i said no and stuff and i was still her friend, but she was just being a jerk.
well the guy understands. and him + i (kinda) decided that we would figure this whole thing out when she [ my friend ] gets over it. and he knows i like & like(d) him but now i don't know...

okay well my science teacher absolutely hates me and i have no idea why. she picks on me in front of my whole class and is always like well unless you get a's in my class you shouldn't be talking. she gives me 0's on homework just cause i missed half of a question. whenever she says shit to me i usually take my phone out and text my mom. but she only picks on me. i work my ass off in that class. like no joke. i answer all the questions and i pay attention. she e-mails my mom and says i don't do anything and i talk all class. im so sick of it i swear. i went to the counselor with my friend and he said to talk to her. well we didnt want to because shes a bitch. sorry but she is. my mom called he conselor and she said he was going to talk to h...

Okay, So I'm a female. And I'm a freshman in High School.

Okay, so there's two other people involved. One is a sophomore, or my best friend, Alice.* I haven't known her long but our friendship is very close. Then there is James*. He is a senior, and he's also my friend.
When I first met these two, I was almost positive Alice loved James. Later on, however, I came to find out that Alice liked James as a brother and nothing more, but James loved Alice.
So of course, being their friends, I was caught in the middle. To make matters WORSE, I liked James. I haven't told him because it's awkward and he IS a senior.

I am freaked out here and I want some assurance. This is probably a really dumb question, but I've always wondered.....
The body splashes from Bath and Body Works; do you actually spray them on your bare skin? Or on your clothes? All of my friends spray it on their clothes, but I wanted to see if you can also spray them on skin.

Chemistry accident!

This is for anyone who may have had the same thing happen...
I'm taking an Analytical Chemistry course in university right now.
Yesterday in my lab, I was working with 99.99% pure Ni. I handled it with my bare hands. After that, I was pouring nitric acid into a graduated cylinder, and I think there was some on the bottle. My thumb started to burn, so I rinsed it off right away.
Then, to my horror, I realized that I had a large yellow spot on my thumb.
Any idea what it is, or how to get rid of it?

I usually just wear band shirts and jeans...studded belt or checkers. i have black hair but its natuarally dirty blond...
So i want to wear more stylish clothes...like hottopic or almost anything except for holister or abercrombie. i like american eagle and stuff too. i just dont know what to wear that would go well with my boddy type...any advice?

When my fiancee and I have unprotected sex, it doesn't hurt right afterwards. It hurts the next time I go to the bathroom. We use lubricant and we have both been tested for STD's and are clean. Why is it doing that and what can I do to prevent it?
