i dont have a problem not eating fat foods..its hard for me but its working out i dont know what to do. i want to slim my thighs and waist. is their some good exercies that i can do anytime during the day that will work fast if i do them daily?
Running is a very good thing for your thighs, I wouldn't start out with anything too much, if you're not used to it. Try running for a mile, or a little less before going any further.

here are the instructions for doing it:
CRAWLING ON YOUR LEGS AND ARMS, WITH THEM ALMOST PERFECTLY STRAIGHT.
WALK AROUND ON YOUR LEGS AND ARMS.. for a long distance.. YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN.. BUT IT PAYS OF BIG TIME.

-running, works really well but if you dont want to run DDR worked wonders for me, its really fun too.
-then after you do some cardio you can do like crunches and squats and things like that.
-theyll help but they dont work well alone so do like 30-40 minutes of cardio and increase it daily and do maybe 20 squats and 30 crunches and increase them daily.

but im a veggatiren and im a small girl
mabie go veggie for a couple months (eat really heathy though) and keep up the body with work outs
