whenever i go to the bathroom it hurt my lower stomach and is really uncomfortable for awhile after that. and i know this is gross, but my pee is cloudy and has a weird smell to it. if i drink alot of water it helps. 14/f. i am going to be a freshman this year, my first year at highschool and i am really scared about it becuase i've heard it is so much different than middle school. what do you mean by don't use any chemicals? just hair dye? or does that include like, hairspray, gel, etc.
no you can use hairspray, gel and moose etc. as long as you wash it out that night.
try not to use hurtful chemals to your hair like perming, getting it pro strighned (useing chemicals) dyeing it, getting it relaxed stuff like that that involes putting harmfull chemicals in your hair while your trying to grow it out.
also try avioding useing flat irons, and a curler for your hair for a while.
like i said beofre eat haelthy...
also make sure you get shampoos that have alot of vitamins for your hair. watch out for certain shampoos cause they take out your natural oils in your hair. ask your haircutter for certan sampoos that are healthy and recomended.
your hair needs to be well hydrated too. [[thats why you should stay away from flat irons and curlers cause they fry your hair]]
get your hair trimed every month to trim the dead ends.
dont over wash it.

and dont brush your hair when wet, use a wide toothed comb. so it wont damage your hair. then brush your hair when dry.

and no jeans under it wont look wierd, as long as the jeans look good with the dress.
try jeans under it and a casual (yet doesnt clash) cute jacket, but it will be hard to make a jecket work with that. =]

as long as you are eating healty then theres no way to make them bigger
dont worry youll grow i have the same worrys too.
just eat healthy and try not wearing cuped or padded bras all the time it doesnt give your breats room to breathe (if that makes scence)

ok, so i got a not-so-snazzy haircut that is kind of short and i don't like it at all. i want to grow it out again desperately, so i was doing some research and it said that high-protein foods will make it grow faster by a little bit. what are some healthy, high-protein foods besides protein bars?
well if you eat healthy and are healthy youll hair will grow an avaerage of 1 inch a month.
eat alot or fruits, veggies, and get nutreats from meat.
try if you can to take vitaimin pills, like 1 a day womens. =]
or theres pills out there for faster hair growth but i dont recomend those cause you never know whats inside them.
