what does it mean when you "wear your heart on your sleeve" ?

It means you dont hide your feelings. like you make them obveous and everyone arround you can tell what your emotions are.

It basically means that you don't hide your feelings/emotions from people, you are more vulnerable when you "wear your heart on your sleeve" because you're laying your feelings out on the table, rather than hiding them.
