Do the moderators make other moderators. or does the computer do it. What I'm asking is do/can other moderators make people into moderators?

Here are the qualifications that need to be met to become a moderator, in which you get that automatically done, by the computer, I guess you could say.

Once you're a level 1 moderator, if you get promoted it will be by DN. No other person/moderator can promote level 1 moderators.
