mkay. I'm 17/f. for a while I've had a some ''extra weight'' if that's what you wanna call it, since 9th grade. before then i was a size 5. so I've pretty much always been a little thick. but since 9th grade-12th (present)I've been a size 10(about 145 pounds)and I'm 5'2''. like i friggin shot up in weight outta no where. I've been eating the same way i always have, it's not like i eat cookies and brownies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. but like..I've gotten so depressed with my weight, that I've actually stopped eating anything except for breakfast. and its been like a week and i already lost a little bit. i mean i know its bad..but no other way works. I've tried dieting healthy and working out everyday for a long time, it just doesn't w...

I Have a problem
Im 13 years old and im 5'5 --5'6 and i weigh 120 pounds which is 55 kilos not fat at all
skinny or normal right?
but you see i used to be overweight and i worked REALLY hard to get to 120 and i wanna lose a LITTLE bit more
But my problem is is that if i ever want to eat something like a chocalate bar or chips or something i ALWAYS feel guilty, and im not joking i ALWAYS feel guilty, but i dont usually eat these stuff, i only eat them 1ce a week, i work out EVERYDAY on my treadmille
i fast walk for 50-60 minutes and i lose around 300 calories a day in my workout and i know that i burn way more because ijus worked out, but whatever i put in my mouth not only chocalate or junk food its ...

I have big thighs and I cant get rid of them im okay with that but I have a huge stomach with curves...How could i make my stomach as flat as possible in like a week or something Im going on a date with this guy and I want my tummy flat
another thing whats some tips on how to get in shaped before christmas Im in volley ball and I really want my inner thighs in shape and my stomach to flat whats a good diet or good excercises that will show results

So they say if you wanna lose weight
STAY AWAY from junk food,
i mean i understand you shouldnt eat 2 MUCH.
but why wud u stay AWAY from it completely?
i mean if you lose all the weight you want then you go back and see all the food you love
and you want some ull jus gain it all back
dont you think you should have whatever you want but in small amounts?

I Want a flat stomache right, but i know that i have to do sit ups and stuff like that but whenever i do situps my butt hurts me and i cant do so much of it is it alrite if i do it on my bed? and also when i do cardio workouts for my whole body i aalways feel like im doing nothing or a little.

i have a pretty good body, i would say im "normal". but one thing ive always struggled with is my hips. i can feel my hip bones in the front, and then if i move my hands a little bit back, its quite "fat" and its only in a little section on both sides. so if those are love handles, or whatever i would appriciate it if someone could help me get rid of them. i try but they seem to not go down, or if they go down its pretty much hard to tell. someone please help. im quite worried about them, and the homecoming dance is coming up at my school in 2 weeks. i would like them to go down before that. thank you so much!

starvation mode

So I read somewhere that if a teenager doesn't consume about 1800 calories a day, (or in the high thousands) then their body will go into starvation mode.

I eat less than that, probably around 1000ish, 1200 at most if I'm not eating at a restaurant. Not because I'm dieting (although I want to lose weight, but I'm doing that through exercise), but simply because I eat till I'm full.

Would that mean that my body is in starvation mode? I can't really force myself to eat more.

I'm 15 years old (turning 16 next month) I'm about 5'7 and I weigh around 150 lbs. Am I overweight? What are some good exercises that I could do to lose weight? I really want to flatten my stomach, tone my arms and legs, especially my thighs and tone my butt. And what are some things I could use to motivate me?

this is kind of a weird question to ask.. but here goes. I am a female and am kind of larger on top if you know what i mean. Anyway, i've heard that if you lose weight sometimes your bra size will go down, but recently i've lost about 20 pounds and it hasn't happened, i was wondering if there is a way i could kind of target that area in a workout or something? anyway, if anyone knows of anything let me know, thanks :)

ok im 14 and female.
im 170 pounds and kinda short.
so i wanna lose a lot of weight. i've come up with a food plan tell me what you think:

breakfast- about 15 grapes
(no snack because im at school and we cant eat until lunch)
lunch- wheat bread with ham cheese and mayo,
130 calories worth of raisins,
100 calorie cheeto bag and
100 calorie bag of chocolate cookies

snack when i get home: a large pretzel stick and a few pieces of colby jack cheese

dinner: salad with low fat ranch dressing.

and this is it. any suggestions or tips for me? do i need any revisation?
i dont really work out because i have a crap load of homework when i...

So if you work out daily and your trying to lose weight, can you eat things like Sugar free mints,Or sugarfree gum
is that stuff okay to eat? :]

you could eat WHATEVER you want

OK so im a 13/f. Im about 5'6. Im a soccer player and im really active. And i weigh about 158 pound. And i wear like a size 13 in jeans. Well people say i look about 120 and people think i wear a size like 6 or 7 jeans. And i mean i dont look fat or anything. but i do weigh alot. and its because my legs are huge. And there only alittle fat. and i havent lost my babyfta on my tummy area. What can i do to get ride of it fast.

P.S. I also have a big butt and umm a full chest i guess you could say. So not all my weigh is like fat. Thank ya!

well when i was in highschool i remember just being able to stay for days on a go without sleep... i used to be able to manage school homework activities etc and still felt i wasn't bz enough... now i am in college (my fourth year!) and i seem to be getting worse. it started in freshman year where i couldn't go on without sleep. and i couldn't do half as much work and my grades started to plummet and i am not as productive!!! its gotten so bad that i would just ignore everything and type up a paper (that is soooo horrible!) 2 hours before its due... i can't focus and i feel tiered and as though i can't think or my brain is not working! i thought it was just the change and my mental state.... but now i am beginning to think there is somethin...

How To: A "sexy" womens Body

Hi, I am slim and am trying to put on some wait. I am trying to exercise So that I can maintain a tight looking body. Ass, Abs, Thighs...etc. I have been looking into some exercises that workout my abs and butt but what other muschels should I be focusing on. Should I work on my chest, calves etc. I know I should work out all my body but I am more focused on toning the "sexy" parts of a women. Remember i am trying to gain weight so I am trying to stay away from serious cardio. Any suggestions?!?!?! Thank You

I used to run a lot, almost everyday- sometimes even twice a day when I had time. Now, I'm taking harder classes in school and I have a very busy schedule with band and lacrosse. I still think it's important for me to run consistently because that's how I stay in shape for lacrosse. How can I manage my time better so that I can still run everyday without it cutting into my time for sleep? Any tips would be appreciated.
