I'm 15 years old (turning 16 next month) I'm about 5'7 and I weigh around 150 lbs. Am I overweight? What are some good exercises that I could do to lose weight? But try crunches for abs, weight lifting for arms, running for legs. Good luck. DO like if I work out for an hour then i get ONE cookie. It's okay to have fatty foods as long as you have them in moderation or a little, barly any everyday.
