13/f OK so im a 13/f. Im about 5'6. Im a soccer player and im really active. And i weigh about 158 pound. And i wear like a size 13 in jeans. Well people say i look about 120 and people think i wear a size like 6 or 7 jeans. And i mean i dont look fat or anything. but i do weigh alot. and its because my legs are huge. And there only alittle fat. and i havent lost my babyfta on my tummy area. What can i do to get ride of it fast.
P.S. I also have a big butt and umm a full chest i guess you could say. So not all my weigh is like fat. Thank ya!

drink ONLY water. its just a simple step that actually makes a big difference. sugary drinks like sodas and some juices just sit in your tummy and add to your weight while water you just piss right out! doesnt sound like it would make a big difference but along with eating right and workin out, drinking ONLY water all the time will speed up the process. and DO NOT eat late at night. like never past 8. just try to get into a routine if you are gonna work out. and im not sure if you would be interested but dance is a quick way to loose weight and its a full body work out. oh and also it sounds like you are very muscular and strong, so more cardio would probably be better to burn fat.. no muscle building for you haha

I have the same problem, actually.
I've been searching for Youtube videos that help me tone up (FOR WHAT TONING UP MEANS, CLICK HERE: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) my legs. It doesn't make your legs smaller than their original shape, but it certainly makes them look a lot better. I finally came across this video, and after doing it a month, I've noticed much improvement. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
^ This should tighten up the skin on your legs.
Pilates does wonders for your body.. so I'm sure you can find a pilates video for your abs as well =)
