I have big thighs and I cant get rid of them im okay with that but I have a huge stomach with curves...How could i make my stomach as flat as possible in like a week or something Im going on a date with this guy and I want my tummy flat
another thing whats some tips on how to get in shaped before christmas Im in volley ball and I really want my inner thighs in shape and my stomach to flat whats a good diet or good excercises that will show results

Eat healthy, do some walk every moring or evening, do some Dance hip hop work out. they have on dvd.
