It's easy to manage your weight if you know how to use food. If you replace the calories you burn with the same caloric value from the food you eat, you will maintain your current weight! What is it? The Special K diet. Just one big bowl of any flavour (personally, I go for the red berries) in the morning keeps me quite full until lunch and dinner... or if it's a really big bowl, then all the way to supper. But seriously, no weight gained or lost.
But be sure that you do excersise like once a day (even if it's just taking a walk) to ensure that the balance is correct and you're not just depending on the cereal.
