well when i was in highschool i remember just being able to stay for days on a go without sleep... i used to be able to manage school homework activities etc and still felt i wasn't bz enough... now i am in college (my fourth year!) and i seem to be getting worse. it started in freshman year where i couldn't go on without sleep. and i couldn't do half as much work and my grades started to plummet and i am not as productive!!! its gotten so bad that i would just ignore everything and type up a paper (that is soooo horrible!) 2 hours before its due... i can't focus and i feel tiered and as though i can't think or my brain is not working! i thought it was just the change and my mental state.... but now i am beginning to think there is something physically wrong with me :s any suggestions ? or am i just lazy/crazy?

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? rambleon answered Thursday September 4 2008, 9:39 pm: quit partyin'! haha just kidding. basically you need sleep and organization. your mind must be wondering a lot if you really cant focus on your school work. have you even stopped and thought about what was on your mind? stress is a very intense thing and DOES effect you physically. you need a day of rest and relaxation. and if there is something on your mind thats bothering you, keep a journal and write stuff down or talk to someone about your problems. sounds corny and stuff but it actually helps a lot. like a load has been lifted from your shoulders. just remember that you are almost done with it so just stick it out a lil longer and try your best. it will be worth it in the end. you dont wanna look back and regret. Brandi_S answered Thursday September 4 2008, 11:48 am: Getting a good night's sleep is a necessary thing. When you're younger, you seem like you don't need that rest. You can go on just fine without it.
The older you get, the less you are able to do that. Eventually, if you don't get sleep, you drift like a cloud through the day, barely able to function.
You're not crazy. You're brain and body craves much needed sleep.
I know you're busy with school, but you need to make time for the rest you need. You'll be FAR more productive in your days.
